We order from dominos in Boiling Springs often, probably more than we should. I have hardly ever had an issue. Tonight however was not a good night there. I am assuming they were extremely busy and I can completely understand and let things slide. What I will not let slide however is the customer service aspect. The tracker said our driver Vadim left at 7:17p. We live literally 10 mins down the road from this location, at 7:45 I looked at the tracker again and it stated our pizza had been delivered and it hoped we were enjoying it. We were not. I walked outside thinking maybe he went to the wrong house but there was nothing outside. I then called the store and the phone was answered “Dominos Boiling Springs please hold “ then nothing. She did not wait for a response. I then sat on hold for 3 minutes. As I am waiting on hold l, Vadim pulls up to my house. He gets out, says nothing to myself or my husband, he hands my husband the receipt to sign and then the pizza. He did not give us our receipt, he stated he did not have it. This causes me some concern as he had nothing in his car showing he worked for dominoes, he was only wearing a dominoes shirt. We did not see a name tag. Vadim then gets back into his car and drives away. No greeting or I’m sorry for the delay. I have worked in customer service for 15 years and some of that was in the food industry so I fully understand being slammed and such. That is no excuse for more customer service. On top of that our pizza was cold; thank god for a microwave. I really hope there is a conversation or re training. I love dominoes but I am really disappointed with everything...
Read moreOrdered pizzas last Wednesday. I’m a faithful Dominos customer until now. I always order my pizzas well done just so they will be easier to pick up. Never once have they been burnt or anything. Well this day both of my pizzas literally were black and ashy. You could smell the burn. I figured maybe someone new bc the pizzas were cut all over the place but not cut all the way through. I called and sat on hold for a good while bc of the storm that day. The guy said the manager would refund on my card. I just checked and noticed it wasn’t and I called. The guy who answered laughed and said it’s not even possible to burn a pizza there. I was in shock that he bluntly called me a lie. I usually don’t complain but I work very hard for my money and I don’t like to waste it. I told him don’t even worry about it. I just won’t be back. He said ok and have a great day! I just wonder if the owners of these places know the lack of customer service in the people who are working for them. I am really in shock. I Really hate…basically being forced not to be a Doninos customer anymore. Dominos in Boiling Springs was my families go to for pizza! Sad that it’s over. And sad that a manger felt the need to call me a lie. I wish I would’ve taken pics but I was in a hurry for work and the storm was terrible. I’m just sick about it. I much rather my pizza had been replaced that day but they were adamant about reversing payment due to the storm and power issues.
