Giving one star only because giving NO stars was not an option. When we placed a $46 delivery order on 10/7 the delivery girl showed up at our home telling us not to call them anymore that we were out of their jurisdiction. She told us that we would have to wait for a potential new shop in our area to open after the 1st of the year. We explained to her that we have ordered from the Pawleys Island location for 5 years without issue. She increased her attitude with my husband and went on for SEVERAL minutes demanding we stop calling them. I called the store and spoke with the on shift manager Courtney who was very apologetic, confirmed the fact that the Pawleys Island store was the one who delivers to us and gave us a credit for being berated by the delivery girl. Fast forward to today, 10/16/18, we called the Pawleys Island store and placed an order. When placing the order, we didn't order the same amount of food. We had no cash on us for a tip and asked if we could give the left over amount as a tip for the driver. The answer was unfortunately no. When the delivery boy arrived at our home my husband explained to him what happened and that we didn't have any cash on us for a tip. Drivers response was "Oh man, really?" My husband asked him when he worked next that he would get him a tip as he felt bad. The boy said he only works Tuesdays. My husband said he would he would make up for it next week. Not 10 minutes after he drove away, he text my husband THREE times!!! He told my husband to tip him through PayPal today. Are you kidding me?????? We were astonished. My husband called the store and spoke with the on shift manager JD. The only thing that he had to say was he would have a talk with him. I called back and spoke to him. I asked if it was common practice that the drivers would text customers asking them to send them a tip through PayPal. He said no. I asked if he thought it was appropriate that his driver text us at all. He said no and that he would have a chat with him. He too went on and on about how there was a new store opening. I asked him why they took our order and our money if they didnt want to deliever to which he had NO ANSWER. He truly came across as if he couldn't be bothered with the call or the problem. I will DEFINITELY be calling the regional manager tomorrow. I hope the Franchise owner reads these reviews to see the type of employees working in their location. As a business owner, customer service is everything. Without your customers you have no business. Word of mouth is also everything good or bad.... we will NEVER order from the Pawleys Island location again and will let others know about our horrible...
Read moreI placed an order through the app. The app told me it was ready. I stood in the store for 5 minutes as the employees ignored me and the others waiting at the counter. Finally, one of the cooks yells at someone standing around to go to the front. I ask to pick up my order which says it is ready on the status tracker on the wall. "Oh, that'll be 15-20 minutes, would you like to pay now?" I had already paid in the app. The employees were confused and I just walked away. Finally picked up my pizza after a ridiculous wait. I would not care nearly as much if they didn't waste my time by telling me it was ready when it was not and then asking me to pay a second time. Pay your workers enough to care and hire more staff...
Read moreThis was just a rough experience. We choose this after being told it would be a 2 hour wait at a local pizzeria and we don't have a Domino's in our hometown. So we were hungry and ready to eat. We ordered on line and ask for delivery to our hotel which was only 2 minutes away. Everything was going well until it got to the inspection stage and we gave them 40 minutes. My husband tried to call the restaurant with no luck so he went.
