I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The drive thru is always EXTREMELY slow - even when there are no other cars in line and almost no customers inside. They make you wait several minutes to even start taking your order.
This morning I ditched the drive thru and went in. There was only one person walking around up front and she kept saying she couldn't take anyone's order but couldn't explain why. Then she decided that she magically could take orders. I asked for an XL hot coffee. First she started making an iced coffee. I told her "no that's supposed to be hot" then when she handed me the hot coffee, it was a medium... I told her to forget the order and I walked out.
Here's the best part - in the middle of all of this happening, I over heard the woman next to me come inside because her drive thru order was wrong. EVERYONE IGNORED HER. They acted like she was a ghost or something. She had to say FOUR times that her order was wrong before anyone even acknowledged her existence.
This is not how you run a business. Ignoring customers in the drive thru, making them wait 3 - 4 minutes before you even take their order; ignoring customers who are standing right in front of you waiting to place their order; ignoring customers whose orders were made wrong. Get your act together...
I've been going to this location 2 - 3 times per week since it opened and I usually have a large order for several people. I can honestly say I will...
Read moreNormally, I do not share ratings since most instances are one offs and businesses shouldn’t be vilified in those cases. My experience deserves a different approach because of how things transpired. I ordered a dozen donuts: 1/2 dozen glazed and 3 each of chocolate sprinkles and vanilla sprinkles. Upon checking my order after pulling away from the window I had been given 4 of each. I proceeded to go into the lobby where I explained to the manager what happened. She said that the cashier rang it up correctly and that I got what I ordered (conveniently I received no receipt). I explained again what I ordered, she responded that I couldn’t because that’s more than a dozen. At this point, I’m sure she’s not really paying attention to what I’m saying given her response. I again ask for my donuts which she gives me begrudgingly, and I leave.
My issue with the visit wasn’t friendliness (everyone was at the very least pleasant, even the manager), speed (they were very quick), or even getting the wrong order (things happen).. it was being dismissed as if my concern didn’t matter. That being said, I’d definitely recommend going to a different location or company for...
Read moreSupposedly short staffed but when you go into restaurant there are quite a few young people working and not organized as to who is supposed to be doing what. They are open with drive thru and take out. They are the slowest that I have seen. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. 2 days in a row this has been the same. Asked for toasted bagel... Toasted stated on ticket but not toasted... Both days! Asked for a little cream cheese which was also ignored! The girl that got my pastry can't tell a cinnamon bun from an apple fritter! I asked why service is so slow and got they were short staffed and fixing a lot of food. Then they need to complain to management and get more staff in! I asked why I didn't get my bagel toasted and was told by 2 girls that they didn't work in food service so they didn't know..... I asked the second girl if she was a manager, she said no and walked off! WOW just WOW... They need to get up to par at this location!! I visit Dunkin Donuts at several locations in the Carolinas and this is the worst location. This is not normal for the Dunkin Donuts brand and needs to...
