Wish I could give the place ZERO stars. On 12/23/20 around 1pm, I entered the store as the only customer (a couple cars were in the drive through). I stepped up to counter were a cashier was counting his drawer (evidentially at the end of his shift). That cashier completely ignored me, albeit he was trying to carefully count his cash. As I patently waited, I hear yelling in back near the drive through window. After waiting for about 3 minutes (still no other customers in the store), someone appears from the back, obviously trying to escape the argument back there and asks if I have been helped; I reply, "No." There was some mumbling about not be able to serve me since there was no drawer in the upfront register (yes, cashier #1 is still counting his cash just on the other side of the plexiglass). Then to add to the yelling in the back, out from some hiding place BEHIND the counter pops a young child who screams at someone in back. That receives an even louder yelled response from the back, from apparently the mother of the child, which I later see has "manger" pinned to her uniform. Meanwhile, I still have yet to be served; I normally would just leave, but a friend of mine loves DD and I was determined to get her a gift card for Christmas. Someone arrives in the store has a heated discussion about the child with the mother/manager in front of me and then leaves with the child. All the while the manger is still raging on her employees. Finally the drive through cashier (Brandon) has no customers, and comes to help me and rings up my gift card on his register in back. I finally accomplish my goal; it only took 12 minutes! I would normally just fill out the survey from my receipt, yet mine did not have a survey code and DD.com requires one for you to leave feedback. When I pulled up to the Order area not even a hello good morning good afternoon absolutely nothing instead rudeness. I placed My order on the app as I always do, but I was late picking it up. I stated that at the window that if they could please make sure it was hot because I had placed it several minutes prior, and she, Jeanette quickly Was zero hesitation-jumped out at me and says you placed it more than several minutes prior. It’s been a while!! She was very rude!! I was shocked. I didn’t know what to say. I went to the window and told her she was extremely rude. There was no need for that. I wasn’t blaming the store. I was blaming myself for being late and all I was asking for us to please make sure my coffee was hot that was it. She could care less gave me. My coffee wished me a good day did not acknowledge or apologize. her behavior never seen her there before then again I never go at this time. I ordered a plain bagel and strawberry cream cheese through the drive through, While waiting at the window I overheard the conversation between two workers about making the wrong order. She was asked to go ahead and give it me. Once receiving my order I asked for a new bagel. She asked no questions because she knew what was wrong. She asked me if I would pull around and wait. I refused knowing that they would either make my order wrong again or do something to my food. All of the workers turned and stared at me with an attitude since I was messing up their customer wait time for the window. Once they made me another bagel they handed it to me without napkins, knives, bags, the entire proper wrapping. I was appalled. Once I got home I opened up my food and it was the wrong bagel again!
