I am editing my previous 5 star review. Let's start by saying that I have been coming to this Dunkin for the last 5 years. The service USED to be great and the employees were very kind and caring. Over the passed year I noticed a shift in energy and customer service. I started having more issues with my orders, food/ drink preparation and failing customer service. Today was my LAST day going to this location. I went 20 minutes out of my way to go to Dunkin because I had a coupon on the app to get a $2 any size iced coffee. When I got to the window, the lady said the cost was $3.25. I calmly told the lady that I had a coupon and the price is wrong. I even showed it to her. She told me that she can't adjust the price and I asked if she can get someone who can. She went to the manager on duty and the manager told her to tell me that she had a long day, she just clocked out and the price is what it is. I was taken back because that's an awful thing to tell a paying customer who is having an issue. The lady did not change the price and I ended up over paying. I took this experience and wrote a review in our town group. The manager who said she had a long day wrote on the post attacking me for writing a review to inform our town of the poor customer service. Then her employees started to get involved calling me Karen and saying they don't care about my service. I tried to keep it professional and civil until the one employee started calling me names. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any fast food place. It wasn't the fact that I was charged and extra $1.25, it's the fact that they are severely lacking in customer service at this location. I am highly disappointed. I already called coorperate to file a formal complaint. I really hope the franchise owner takes this seriously and chooses better employees with better customer...

We did drive thru pick up and our order was not ready.. it would have been faster to order at the drive thru. That was just the start, then when we got our food handed to us the lady was super rude, we said thank you and she didn’t even respond. She had a very bad attitude. We drove off and had our breakfast on the road. I order a bagel with veggie cream cheese.. the bagel was so hard I could throw it out the window and it would dent the car it would hit. And there was so much cream cheese on there! My tooth still hurts from trying to eat the bagel. Then my husband had ordered a Croissant egg and cheese sandwich, and it was cold and the bacon and sausage was cold. I would have taken the bad attitude if the food was ok, but both the attitude of the worker and the food was bad! I would not recommend going here! I also recommend not download the app either, you have to load money onto the app and then order, I loaded $15 on the app and our total was $15.97. I was trying to load another $0.97 on the app and it wouldn’t let us. You had to pick between $10,$15,$25, or $100. He sat out by the curb minding his own business, and was off "your" property, and still gets harrassed by you telling him you're keeping your eye on him?? A young man who works full time in the construction business who's trying to relax by skateboarding near our home. You tell him he could hurt others... Seriously, a young man who doesn't smoke, drink, do drugs, a homeowner in the neighborhood, and what are YOU doing?? Out there smoking where non smoking customers have to deal with your cigarette smoke, and your harrassment? Why don't you go out back and leave decent young men alone? I can't even sit at the picnic table there myself without having to deal with the cigarette smoke of you and your employees who smoke out front. Have some consideration. You lost my whole family's business when you harrassed and got confrontational with my boy. Here I was worried for his safety being out there and it turned out he's harrassed by somebody like you..a store owner as you called yourself.
