I ordered thru GrubHub 2 days in a row. The first night I ordered a turkey sandwich with Monterey Jack cheese, side pickle and (2) cookies. Received my order and it had Swiss, which I absolutely cannot stand!! It also had no mayo which it was suppose to, so it was therefore dry. No pickle on the side as well as both cookies missing. So I didn’t eat much of my sandwich as I couldn’t handle that cheese and tried peeling it off but it was stuck to all the meat. Was frustrated with the entire situation. Then I was dumb and ordered again tonight for my daughter and I, thinking they’d get it right today. Nope! This time I ordered a pastrami sandwich with a pickle and cookie on the side. Didn’t receive the pickle, yet again, and the one cookie I did get is literally crumbled apart. My daughter’s turkey kids meal is suppose to have cheese but there was none. So bread and cold turkey on what’s suppose to be a warm meat and cheese sandwich. She also didn’t get her cookie that I had to pay an upgrade charge for as well as her drink. I’m entirely mad at this entire situation as GrubHub charges a ton and they don’t like to fix many errors on the restaurants part. So who’s out of the food and the money they paid for it? Twice now too… ME! I called the restaurant and explained SOME of the concern to him and it was basically pointless. He offered me 2 free cookies, which aren’t really free bc I already paid for 4 of them and only ever received 1. So still out a cookie. He also gave a whopping 10% off a new sandwich. Which again, I paid for but didn’t eat due to the nasty cheese/smell. I never go here but some of the sandwiches, like the stuffing one and pastrami, sounded delicious. But I don’t know if I’ll be returning to try anything else at this point. Either they just don’t care and have no attention to detail or they get it wrong on purpose as it’s thru GrubHub. Moral of this, you’ll be paying for food and get half of it if your lucky as well as incorrect sandwiches. I deserve 2 full refunds Firehouse Subs, not just 2 free cookies that aren’t really free, as I paid for 4 and never got 3!!...
Read moreI WILL NEVER EAT FROM THIS FIREHOUSE LOCATION AGAIN !!!! I am a regular customer and a door dasher who come to this location frequently but after last night on September 17, 2024 I will never return to this firehouse anymore. Around 7:30 Pm last night I went to go pick up an order I walked up to the counter and the manger by the name of Quincy approached me in a unprofessional manner he made very rude and uncomfortable remarks to me. He said to me “ You better not come back up here no more “ and I was taken a back because any time I go there I simply just pick up my food and leave. He then proceeded to say and threaten me by saying “ If you come back up here again I will spit in your food “. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING remark to say to a customer especially as a manager and especially in front of other customers. I felt absolutely disgusted by his comments not only am I now concerned about my health being I have eaten from this location numerous of times, I am also concerned about the other customers health as well who eat from this location. Quincy needs to be fired ASAP !!!!! And I will be reporting him to firehouse headquarters and corporate ! I will never eat from this location again or pick up anymore orders from this location !!! All I did was peacefully come pick up a order and I get told by the manager Quincy I bet not come back up there or else my food would be spit in ? Absolutely...
Read moreOk, like all of the fast-food chain restaurants that I have reviewed in the past, I understand what I am getting into, thus I have to keep my expectations reasonable. No matter where you go to eat, one would expect the staff to be at-least mildly courteous, today that was not the case. The employee that took my order was kind of rude, and a little dismissive at best. The food did come out quickly, but when you order a hot sandwich, you expect it to be "hot" no cold meat with melted cheese on top. I guess my first mistake was to get a "Philly Cheese Steak" outside of Philadelphia, but it seemed like a good idea at the time. The second issue was the sandwich was soggy, like really soggy. So, to sum up the trip here, the staff was rude, and the sandwich was cold and wet. I am not taking away from the chain as a whole, because for the most part they have a great product, but this store could use a little help. Also, $16.00 for a sub, come on, that's way too much for a...
