Always Great! Had the New/Limited Time Reuben - Delicious! It should be addled to the Regular Menu. Always friendly & polite staff. 9/19/24: We had the worst experience ever at this location today. When we 1st got there we couldn't get into our account to check our points. The young kid had no interest in helping us, finally he asked the woman that was making subs & she said she didn't know & then they proceeded to have a conversation about something irrelevant to us. We finally placed our orders. Had to ask for our Cups for Drinks even though we ordered them. These 2 appeared to be the only ones in the place. Then 2 other women appeared & didn't appear to be doing anything except for holding a very loud conversation. Another guy came from the back & joined in the loud conversation. Sub making was very slow! It took over 15 minutes to get our Medium Subs. I got the NY Steamer that only had 1 type of meat & no dressing. Very boring sandwich which I am very accustomed to.from previous visits. The 2nd guy that started making Subs was swearing behind the counter. He then repeatedly said to the younger guy ' so I hear you like boys ". A 3rd guy appeared & the loud talk continued behind the counter. I went to the Ladies Room (which was filthy) & I could hear the talking in there. The Trash Bucket beside the Drink machine wasoverflowing. Truly believe this was not filled just from today. Why isn't there a zero stars option.Dont ever order on the web! They make it right away no matter what time you ask to pick it up. I was stuck at Honda and called to warn them I was going to be late to hold off on the order let me mention I called almost 15 minutes before pick up time . They said it was already made! Eww who wants to eat a cold sub.Well by the time I got there the food had sat out for almost an hour. The manager on duty became irate when I asked for it to be remade, she said " I'll have to pay for it" as in her? What? Really? I worked in restaurants for 8 years and that would not be a response I would pick for someone who was trying to tell me to wait to make something then gets angry and surprised when the customer doesnt want cold food. I even offered 3 times to pay to have it remade fresh but she wouldn't even look at me, Although they did remake the 2 subs.. for free!! oddly the meat was still cold, they were supposed to be hot subs. Talk about rude I will never go back!!! There were 4 or 5 people working and they make the orders so soon n set them out to get cold? How wasteful It wasnt under any hot lamp? Never going backkkkkk🤬. I almost tipped but thought no she was so mean I'll pay it forward...

I’ve been here twice in the last few months. Only gotten to eat here once. The first time i showed up at about 1:30 and the sign on the door said they were closed till 3pm. Today i was happy to see they were open and there was only 2 people waiting that had already ordered. With no line i waited almost 10 minutes to place my order. And couldn’t even order what i wanted because of everything they were out of. No turkey no roast beef no brisket. It truly limits how many items are on the menu. You could tell the staff was trying to be friendly and trying there best being there are only 2 of them here but you can tell they are unhappy with the situation. Seams like management needs to be looked at a little more closely. If you are missing even straws for cups it should be a sign that someone is clearly not placing orders when they need to.
