Visited this location today and was beyond disappointed! The wait time in line was lengthy and was rushed through with portions less than usual. I ended up having to speak to the manager today by the name of Tonya because my bowl was incorrect. Was spoken to very very disrespectful and for lack of better words from her I was told to take my business next door. I have been coming to this location for many months and have always felt welcome and every need met with a smile. Read moreThere are two neighboring outlet malls near Hilton Head Island: Tanger 1 and Tanger 2. There's a good variety of stores here, but these are old malls. Many stores are smaller than the same brand at newer malls. They no longer hand out maps to stores, nor discount coupons. Everything is done using QR codes. You download the store map at the visitor center. If a store offers specials, they will have a blue QR code on a store window. This is NOT as good as expected because store specials come up for stores that are no where near these malls. Frustrating. Carolina and more, do not have large enclosed shopping Centers, but are fortunate to have open air centers like those Tanger has built. They have name brand stores amongst their many tenants and these stores do sell first rate merchandise. Mixed in with stores offering a variety of different merchandise offerings from local entrepreneurs and the formula works.
