What a nice find. We moved from the VA MD DC Area to Hilton Head in 2022 and I have not had Pho since. So many options up in Northern Virginia that are outstanding. We would get often as carryout. My go to is the Pho Ga and a Fried Egg or Spring Roll. While my wife and I were over in Bluffton for some errands, I said we have to go get Pho from Saigon Cafe. We ordered one Pho Ga and 2 fried Egg Rolls to take home and share. Saigon Cafe did NOT disappoint. The broth was on par with what I came to expect from highly rated Virginia pho places we loved. The main container held the white meat chicken, noodles, onions, basil, cilantro, jalapeños, lime wedge, sprouts and a hoisin sriracha mix. The carryout broth container kept it warm for the 20 min drive, but we still heated it back up for 2 minutes in the microwave to make sure the noodles and chicken got heated when we added the broth. We split everything into two bowls and poured the hot broth over both. We were both very impressed by the white meat chicken, pure and sliced into very nice, thin bite sizes. The Egg Roll was one of the best I have had, longer and thinner almost like Lumpia, it had me wishing I had doubled that order. The Pho portion was perfect for the two of us. A 2nd order would not have been eaten, although we are smaller portion eaters anyway. Will definitely be back. The photo is one half the portion with added chili crisp, hoisin, sriracha...

Let me explain something. I have not tasted the food yet. I am actually sitting in the parking lot and cannot drive away until I can explain just how PHENOMENAL my first experience at Saigon Cafe was. As soon as I walked in the door, the aromas from the kitchen greeted me at the front door. I was also greeted with a warm smile and directed to the counter for my take-out order. While placing my order, 2 people greeted me again with warm smile and more greetings of hello and welcome. After ordering I was welcomed to a table and offered water, which I accepted. The water was refreshing. I was thirsty and drank rather quickly, but the great customer service continues. My water was refilled twice in a matter of about maybe 6 minutes because that was the amount of time I waited for my take out order. When I tell you I was overwhelmed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. You don’t get this level of customer service much these days. I absolutely recommend this restaurant and will update my post once I taste the Pho. I will definitely return, with my family in tow. Awesome job...

Probably my favorite restaurant in Bluffton... actually, not probably... it is my favorite. I love the Vietnamese pork chop with sunshine egg. I like the beef with lemongrass. I like the soup with pork, noodles, and dumplings. The spicy beef pho is good and you should also definitely order a Vietnamese-style coffee. Get it over ice. You're welcome. This spot here is unassuming and laid back in terms of its atmosphere. The wait staff is usually friendly and efficient. "Nam" the greeter/host has a non-stop motor and he is always doing what he can to get people greeted and seated. Oh yeah... the shrimp fried rice is really good too. The fact is that I come here quite a bit because I crave their food and I gotta get that fix, if you know what I mean. Once you try those dishes that I mentioned, then you too will be craving the food and will want to return. This place will...

Pretty good Vietnamese food at this place. We both ordered some vermicelli noodles with beef and pork, respectively. I tried both meats, and they were both decent. I didn’t care for the pork too much, and if anything, it was close to a disappointment. The primary Vietnamese meat is typically pork, so if a place doesn’t make it well, then that could ruin a dish. The beef was decent though. The portion sizes were generous, so it was filling. In terms of service, it started off really well, as we were greeted at the door and taken to a table immediately. Our waiter was attentive throughout, but then we were rushed near the end of our meal. He continually kept coming over to try to clear our dishes, even though we were clearly still eating. Yes, it was near closing time, but there were still 4 other tables still eating in the restaurant.
