I wanted to take a moment and share our recent experience with multiple Le Creuset stores. Below is the note I sent to Leadership.
My wife fell in love with the Caribbean color scheme when she saw 8 plates at the Bluffton SC location. This moment kicked off a multi-store, multi-state search for additional pieces and our “needs” grew from 8 plates to 16 full sets of place settings. We contacted multiple Le Creuset locations and ended up purchasing from Bluffton, Yemassee and National Harbor. I called the customer service line and waited for 2 hours and nine minutes before someone answered. 53 minutes later I still had no answers or resolution. I have requested a refund on the “contact us” email site 5 of the last 7 days with zero response.
