Hardee’s — Restaurant in South Carolina

DATE: 8-6-2017 AT 5:59 a. m. I pulled it at Hardee's drive thru at 6:03 a.m. THE OUTSIDE LIGHTS WERE ON, BUT GUESS WHAT. I say in drive thru for 4 minutes, I blew the horn several times, then I called the store no answer. So I pulled forward and the last was putting on her HEADSET. I asked what's the problem she said WE ARE NOT OPEN YET, I said we'll it's 6:10 what's the problem, she said, WE GOT IN LATE AND THE FOOD IS NOT READY YET. I said are you serious and SHE CLOSED THE DOOR IN MY FACE. THERE WAS 12 CARS THAT WENT AHEAD BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT PREPARED. THAT'S ALOT OF MONIES HARDEE'S LOST BECAUSE OF THEM. THEY NEED TO BE FIRED!!!! THIS IS AWFUL. I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS STORE. WHEN POO IS THERE, THERE ISN'T A PROBLEM IN THE MORNING. IN THE EVENING THE STAFF SITS OUTSIDE BY THE SIDE DOOR DOMINGO, AT THIS TIME POO IS NOT WORKING, BUT WHEN SHE DOES WORK IN THE EVENING THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN. THINGS /PEOPLE NEED TO IMPROVE!!! Update: 40 minutes later after Lady coming to the window I advised her that is not my fault she was late to work and they were not open and I told her that she should comp my and the guys meal behind me SHE DID NOTHING!!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS!!!! WOW!!!!

ANOTHER UPDATE : I GOT HOME AND MY ORDER WAS" NOT "CORRECT. I HAD TO COME ALL THE WAY BACK. WHEN I ARRIVED I TOLD THE LADY THEY FORGOT MY GRITS, AND I GAVE HER MY BAG WITH THE OTHER THINGS IN IT AND I STATED, SINCE MY FOOD IS COLD WILL YOU JUST FIX ME A NEW MEAL," SHE TOOK MY FOOD OUT OF THAT BOX AND PUT IT IN ANOTHER BOX AND GAVE IT BACK TO ME, INSTEAD OF PREPARING ME A NEW FRESH MEAL LIKE I ASKED. First off, me giving them 1 star, is me giving them GRACE. I had the worst experience here EVER on what was supposed to be a peaceful day.. that afternoon we buried my grandmother.

I ordered 6 steak burrito combos, and 2 sausage platters. The food was not proportioned correctly - all 6 orders of our tator tots were not even filled to the middle, the Prime Rib Breakfast Burrito tasted like they put A1 Steak sauce all over it with 2 strips of beef, and the gravy for the platters had no taste & was runny. The staff (including manager) were just as bad as the food. The cooks in the back were basically cat-calling me.. talking about my appearance and how good I looked and then mentioned the text on my shirt "she get it from her momma" & then agreed amongst themselves that I did indeed get it (whatever IT is) from my momma. It was just a shirt I threw on.. I completely forgot it said that, but after hearing them constantly say that, I knew they were talking about me. The cashier was rude because after telling me that my order was too large, and should've been called in, she then mocked me to other customers. She also told me that "I don't have to reply" as if that's the solution. We've tried getting a refund through corporate and the store but have not heard back...

Went by to pick up dinner and didn't get anything. Apparently combos don't come with fries according to the woman working the window, despite me reading it in plain English when I placed the order. She kept repeating my order and kept asking me what else I wanted,and I kept telling her over and over (I don't have a speech impairment so ,I don't understand what the problem was,anyway... I asked for tea with my food and she made a face of visible disgust,so I asked her if it was soured or something and she said "Oh,it's been sitting there for a while!". After enough gaslighting I asked for my money back because I wanted to just go get something from people who care about customers, AND know how to make fresh tes and not knowingly serve people spoiled stuff. I'm amazed at how far this place has went down hill. There's a reason it's so deserted after breakfast hours. If management can't get it together the place deserves to be shuttered. I mean seriously, people working in a store with hardly any customers and won't make a fresh batch of tea. No thanks. I didn't mind going up the street to Zaxbys paying $3 more than what I would have been paying for their fryless combo,and getting strips,fries,extra slaw,and and extra toast, fresh,everything I wanted without...
