I like firehouse subs food, I just don't care for this location. I had came here a few times and every time I leave disappointed. Employees just barely make eye contact with you and it's like pulling teeth to put an order in because they are either cutting up or no one wants to do their job. And I get that the employees have assigned jobs but if the counter is busy someone needs to pipe up and say that we will be with you shortly. Its just common customer service. You just get blank stares and they continue to cut up. Listen, I don't care if you cut up when there's no work to be done but when you have people who pays your bills, aka your customers, I expect someone to be attentive. Because quite frankly these subs aren't cheap. Also why I did an online order so I at least wouldn't have to deal with the initial disappointment...Food was made wrong. I asked for no onions, got onions. Asked for extra spear pickle on the side, no extra pickle....and this review doesn't include my other disappointed experiences. I finally just got tired of it...

Arrived at the drive thru (which had no line) at my designated time, was told to wait there because they were still working on it. I waited ten minutes on it to find out when I got home that all was on the sub was lettuce, tomato, and mayo. No meat.
Don't know if they were short staffed or what but the worker handed me my sub with her keys in her hand so she was obviously in a hurry to go.
Contacted corporate through the app and their solution to paying $10 for a sub without meat was to give 1000 points (roughly equivalent to 1/10th of what I paid for).

Read moreLove Firehouse - have enjoyed this location for over 3 yrs BUT the last few times we have ordered here on-line the order has NOT been correct. Firehouse is a premium sub price for "fast food". PLEASE take the time to read and get the order correct for your loyal customers paying the premium price for your food. Firehouse has one of the better on-line ordering solutions but they have still consistently got it wrong lately.
To other potential customers - I HIGHLY recommend you go inside and watch your sandwich being built so you can verify they put on it what you want. Don't trust them to read the straight forward order your carefully built in the on-line tool.
