I've been patient with this location. We moved into a nearby neighborhood about a year ago and our first meal in our new home was delivery from this location. For the first 6 months or so JJs was part of our monthly lineup of delivery options usually ordering about twice per month.
When the spring came around, we placed an order through the App and about 45 minutes later the tracker still stated it was still at the store, so I called. I was told they'd deliver it right away, which turned into 20 more minutes of waiting. I thought "maybe this was a one-off because stuff happens".
Fast forward 3-4 weeks and we place another order through the app. This time it's over an hour and nothing has changed. I called the store and was put on hold, which was essentially them putting the phone done on the counter somewhere. Eventually someone hung up. After several more attempts I said I'd just come in and pick it up. I show up and they guy was just stating my order an hour and a half later. He's the only guy there and the indoor lunch rush had essentially put all delivery orders on hold. I felt bad for him but it's not his fault this store is ran/operated so poorly.
So several months go by and I thought maybe this store had gotten its act together. So i ordered through the app tonight. About 30 minutes later I get a call from the store they can't fulfill my order because they have no driver.
What business that prides themselves on "freaky fast delivery" constantly has no delivery drivers to fulfill those orders. I had to yet again drive to the location and pick up my order.
Needless to say, this location had permanently lost...
Read moreCame here straight after work and pulled up to order at the drive thru. After waiting 5 minutes or so, I decided to pull up because no one had taken my order yet. There were two other cars in front of me. All of us sat in the drive thru for no less than 10 minutes, and still no sandwich came out of the window. I had to back my car out of the actual drive thru to get out. Thinking there was just a problem in the drive thru, I went inside. When I walked in, there were 2 employees up front and what looked like a manger in the back. They didn’t greet me or anything when I came in, but whatever. I proceeded to order an unwich with one of the employees. When the other employee went to make my food, he asked me what I had ordered and I told him. He proceeds then took out bread to make the sandwich, and I told him that I ordered an unwich -and it’s not supposed to have bread. I had to tell him two more times not to make it on the bread. He then went to look for the lettuce wrap and came back out finally- only to let me know they didn’t have lettuce. Fed up at this point, I asked for a refund. He had to ask what I assume to be the manager to help. She came upfront, looked right in my eyes, said absolutely nothing, and got some money out of the register for him to pass to me. The young man who actually handed me the refund was polite, but it’s obvious there are real issues with this store....
Read moreWaited over 40 minutes before calling to find out what the delay on my order was. Then the person on the phone said they don’t have a driver. When I asked why was I still able to place a delivery order they ignored that question and just said “well we don’t have a driver” so I told them to void the transaction and asked how soon will I get a confirmation email stating the order was voided. This child’s response was “3-5 business day.” I laughed and said: for an email??? 3-5 business days.
CLEARLY I was dealing with a child. The manager or owner isn’t there to run his business so it’s being run to the ground.
So what did I do. I went I to the store because I needed to know what was the deal. Apparently the manager/owner doesn’t trust the children to process refunds but trusts them in the store by themselves so I have to wait till tomorrow to see my refund. So, I can guarantee I will return before leaving town.
Jimmy John’s Corporate needs to remove this trash location from an option through their app cause had I seen these reviews before I would have NEVER...
