Joy of Tokyo - Pelham 85 — Restaurant in South Carolina

Used Uber Eats....Dude, are you serious? These Uber Eats orders are automated, all printed out, no confusion (oh, I'm sorry Mr. Customer, I didn't hear you ask for that item)...no, it's all printed out.

But yet, you missed nearly $20 worth of items. How???

Thank God, Uber Eats does give a credit for the missing items. But now, my wife is going to the local hibachi store to get the bottle of White Sauce that you left out, and more spring rolls that you left out.

The whole purpose of us placing this Uber Eats order was because we didn't want to leave.

Attention to detail...does anyone have...

As good as fast hibachi gets! Service is awesome, restaurant is clean, white sauce is delicious, and you can't beat the food! Places like Joy of Tokyo (JOT) make it difficult to justify ever going to a fancy sit-down hibachi restaurant. Prices are also awesome for the quality and quantity of food!

Edit: I wrote this review two years ago and had been coming for years before that. This place is still awesome. I've never had an issue with the service or with the food quality. I can't count how many times I've been here and still recommend it...

I order 2 sushi rolls crab & salmon . They were sooooo dry! They didn’t taste fresh at all. I spent 34$ on 2sushi rolls & a rice bowls for chicken & shrimp. They use to be really good but they have falling off completely! The portion sizes are so small . There was barely any meat or veggies in my plate. It was more rice than anything. I really wanted a refund but I just got off a 12hr shift and I didn’t feel like running back out. Definitely won’t be eating/ordering here again. Very disappointed!...
