I recently dined at The Copper Table, and it was an experience worth sharing. From the moment I walked in, the warm ambiance and elegant yet relaxed decor set the perfect tone for the evening. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive without being intrusive.

Now, let’s talk about the food—simply outstanding. I started with their signature roasted beet salad, which was a refreshing blend of earthy beets, creamy goat cheese, and a hint of citrus. For the main course, I went with the braised short ribs, which were fall-apart tender and packed with deep, rich flavors. The accompanying garlic mashed potatoes were velvety smooth and complemented the dish perfectly.

The dessert was the highlight of the meal. Their house-made salted caramel cheesecake was divine—creamy, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet.

The only reason I’m not giving a full five stars is that the wait time for the main course was a bit longer than expected, but given the quality of the food, it was well worth it.

I can’t say enough great things about Nessa—she truly made my experience at Viva Chicken unforgettable! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with the warmest smile and such genuine energy that I felt instantly welcomed. Her attention to detail, friendliness, and passion for what she does really stood out.

Nessa went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—from helping me decide on the best dish (shoutout to her recommendation, it was spot on!) to checking in just the right amount to ensure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only professional and efficient but also incredibly kind and personable.

Would strongly recommend. Food was great. I got the whole chicken plus 3 family sides (fries, cilantro rice, and plantain). Sizable portions all around (I was surprised by the size of "family sides"). I typically eat about 1500~2000 calories per meal and I ate till satisfaction with enough left for a pretty hearty meal. Chicken was flavorful and moist. Fries were very crispy and seasoned well. Plantain was nice. A caveat: Cilantro rice included carrot and peas (I'm not a fan).
