I didn't even want to put one star on this. I placed a phone order at 5:37, and ordered sautéed mushrooms ravioli off the entrees menu online. The young lady on the phone said she thought they were out of it but checked with someone else, and came back to tell me they could do it after all. I got there around 6, and was told ten more minutes. Somewhere around 6:25 or a little later, my order was ready. I thought the dishes looked small, but once home, the portion was really small, only seven raviolis each. No other sides except some skinny garlic bread. The lemon oil it was supposed to have been sautéed was like a lake in the bottom of the dish. I'm not sure it was even sautéed because the oil didn't taste cooked, like it just had the oil poured over it. I have the distinct impression that perhaps someone ran out to Publix right quick and grabbed a package of mushroom ravioli and threw it together. If that's the case, you should just be honest and encourage another choice. To top it off, I live very close, got home by 6:30, and the food was barely warm. I'd eaten there a year ago for my daughter's school's fundraiser night; it was a good portion, delicious, and an overall good meal so I was extremely disappointed with tonight's experience. Read moreGo to any other Ledo's Pizza except this one. Manager S Rick Johnson verbally harassed my family and came out of restaurant and followed us to our car after we complained because the server forgot to put my son's order in.
When we received our order our son's pizza was missing. The server said it would be out soon. Five minutes later still no pizza. The server said another order was put in before my son's was. In reality he was lying. I asked for the manager, and the server did not get him. He started laughing and carrying on with another server.
I finally got up and went to the counter and asked for the manager. When the manager came out he said he was in the kitchen and didn't know what was wrong. He then started yelling at my child and me, making fun of my child and mimicking my speech impediment.
We chose to leave the restaurant for our own safety and S Rick Johnson followed us out to our car, continuing to harass us. I told him if he took one more step towards my child I would press charges. He continued to walk towards my son, berating my family and I for daring to leave his restaurant.

Read moreI sat for over 30 minutes before my drink order was requested. I watched as two tables with newly seated patrons of a different race were served by three waitresses. Patrons at the table to my immediate right, also of a different race acknowledged the fact that they were aware of the wait time and also shared their dismay with the quality of service. It was at this time I stopped one of the waitresses and asked was she serving the area I was sitting in. She stated no and that someone would be with me shortly, so after waiting almost an hour I walked to the register and was advised by the same waitress that I had spoken with that her name was Tracy and she was the manager. She loudly & rudely asked "so, do you want another drink?" So this means she was already aware that I had complained about being brought the wrong drink about 20 minutes earlier and never acknowledged the issue or came to bring the correct one. In the wake of African Americans experiencing so much ill treatment nationally, never did I expect to have this occur in this small city of Rock Hill...whose community slogan is "A City With No Room for Racism." ...
