I had their menu in front of them requesting entree portion of Jumbo shrimp and chicken with steamed rice and mixed vegetables. First off, the food tasted pre-cooked and not freshly cooked, the shrimp was way overcooked as if they tossed pre cooked shrimp on the griddle just to give the customer the illusion that it was freshly cooked on the griddle. Secondly, they gave me canned shredded steak instead of chicken, and the onions were overcooked and the broccoli and squash not cooked enough. I paid $16 plus tax for food that tasted like somebody’s leftover dinner, and the steamed rice was hard. I didn’t enjoy eating it, and later the food gave me horrible bathroom episodes. Pricing was a little higher than we've paid elsewhere but it's location and relatively decent food was good enough to come back for. Today, told a different story. I ordered my food from their website and was able to pick it up when expected. The shock came at the amount due (which differed from the website order total). They've raised their rates... 50% on some items!! I ordered the same 2 orders of sushi that I ordered a week ago but this time I was charged the increase PLUS an additional $4 substitution fee for one item (cream cheese for avacado) on both items. Read moreThey messed up my order! I ordered a shrimp teriyaki bowl over the phone! I go to pick it up and sent my son in to pay for it and get the order because I was on a business call. We get home it’s I guess maybe chicken but it wasn’t what I ordered. So I go back and the man has a very bad attitude with me speaking in his language! He tells the girl he was going to fix it! Then they tell me I have to pay for the overage because shrimp is more! Now that’s not sitting well with me because I had to drive back there due to they mistake! I pay and made sure I said I will not be back! I’m sorry but not sorry dealing with them when they don’t take accountability for the wrong does not sit well with me!
