Me and my wife just left there, our food was good, the service was good, the person that took our order and the person that brought our food to our table were all very nice and polite, but, someone keyed my truck in the parking lot, and I'm pretty sure it was the employee that was sitting in front of us on her break eating. I saw her get up and go outside and come back in a few minutes later. There was a 4 door black car I parked beside when we got there that was still there when we came out. I'm guessing she got mad because it was close to her car, which I can't help, I was backed in straight as can be with enough room on each side for me and my wife to get out without hitting either car parked on the side of us, and scratched it 3 times, twice on the door and once on the fender... I didn't want to go back in there and cause a scene because they were getting busy as we left and it wouldn't be fair to everyone else in there trying to enjoy their dinner, but something definitely needs to be done about her, hopefully the owner sees this and gets in...
Read moreIf you have an online order, pick-up, door dash etc you are expected to get in line and wait for a cashier along with people who have not yet placed orders. They have a shelf for pre-placed orders but refuse to use it and don't have a designated register for pre-placed orders.
This location claims to be understaffed but they are consistently overstaffed for closing shifts where I've seen upwards of 12 employees doing nothing. This to me signals that they have staff but simply don't know how to properly schedule them.
They begin closing procedures an hour before closing. If you walk in to order in the last hour it makes you feel like they're closed an you're not supposed to be there. This is because they are finishing up sweeping, clearing ketchup etc off tables, have emptied all the trash, and generally act as if you are not in the restaurant.

Read moreIs OK... food is bland for Greek food. Customer service is lacking on the greeting(smile) and getting the order correct. Loud and kind of ghetto atmosphere... not professional. Cleaning could be better. One waitress seemed to be carrying the load more than others. Workers mingling with visiting friend/family members instead of tending to restaurants obviously lacking issues. Quality Control is my job.
In reference to what I meant concerning the atmosphere... people were hanging out, cursing loudly, and mingling like it was a social gathering. COVID is still a concern and should be given consideration for others if not yourself. I had to call the waitress 4 times and get up 3 times to get my order right.
