Their friendly demeanor create a welcoming atmosphere, making customers feel valued. In terms of leadership skills, Thomas and Melissa excel. They are knowledgeable about the products offered at Smoothie King, effortlessly guiding you through the menu options and providing insightful recommendations, such as downloading the app for ease of transactions and bonuses. Read moreFirst, let may say I love Smoothie King! My favorite! But, not the point of this review. I was in the store around 2pm. One young lady making smoothies, one young man on the register. Easily 25 customers standing, waiting either to order or on their smoothie. During my 30 minute wait I watched this young lady hustle, thank every customer and apologize for the wait. EVERY CUSTOMER. The young man who was 3 days into his new job, took orders and jumped in to help her in any way he could. It was so refreshing to see.
I also learned 3 of their teammates had called out that day.
I didn't ask their names because it was so busy and I didn't want to interrupt...but as someone who works in Talent Acquisition and understands how tough this labor market is...hold on to these two! ...

I went to dollar general and came back. Still not open. I called other smoothie to see if I can get some help for her. Called corporate office left a message. Went back home.
