They have gone through managers, staff, cleaning & maintenance crew. It appears they want to operate on a shoestring to maximize profit at the members' expense. Cleanliness has been a consistent issue. That carpet is the original from 2015. Lack of group classes. They were supposed to add Pilates, never have, but advertise it on their LA website. British Swim school monopolizing pool with kids, like 3X a week to subsidize their building rent. I have reservations about entering a pool after 👶 or toddlers have used and they do not clean regularly. 😜 As far as contracts are concerned they will try to avoid canceling to make their numbers look good. Even then they will try to set up a scenario where they will still charge you account after the fact. For this reason the Federal Trade Commission has a pending lawsuit against them. Act accordingly. Knowledge and resistance is power. Truthfully, if a better club or two comes into the area, all of the current ones would have a struggle as they all do not respect the consumer until they don't have your business. Strength in numbers to make them step up their game as they are all full of themselves.

Also, in the last 3 weeks I called their corporate office to voice these concer6after their regional manager feigned concern and did not address my billing issues among other things. He wants to have a hands off approach with the local gym which has not and is not working. Corporate feigned concern as well. This place is GROSS! Been going to commercial gyms for 20+ years and this place is BY FAR the nastiest. Example, this week there was urine on top of.... a urinal(guess someone has aiming issues) but hey it happens... Problem is it stayed there for 3 days! Yes, 3 days. Somebody sat a bottle in it and that sat there too. Stalls are often out of toilet tissue and if you go into one on the wrong day prepare to lose whatever is in your stomach. There's hardly ever any soap in the dispensers and paper towel dispensers are always empty(bathroom AND cardio area) which means people aren't wiping down equipment OR washing their hands after using the restroom because often times THEY CANT. I see people try to get soap or whatever after using the restroom, shake their heads in frustration and walk out. I bring my own wipes and sanitizer. Im not a germophope by ANY means. Its just that nasty in this place. Try to be understanding and figure a lot of places ate shortstaffed except they have 5+ people up front between check-in and dales but 1 girl trying her best ALONE for the limited time of her shift to tackle this huge place. I feel it's a matter of time before they have to shut down due to some kind of bacterial outbreak in this place. Especially considering how hot it is in the bathroom. It's a breeding ground given how it's barley cleaned. It gets carried right out into the gym. Broken boards in the sauna thatcould be fixed with $40 and a drill. They just don't care. Be aware, the girl at the front desk with highlights hair & glasses always has such a bad, annoying attitude. She makes every process difficult even when you’re already doing things by the book. I've witnessed her only greet guests who aren’t of color. I’ve personally seen a lot of her interactions & she’s overall a bad taste in your mouth. She makes the gym seem hostile. I’ve spoken to a couple of other guests & gotten their opinion on her & they all have perceived the same thoughts. They all said they notice her negative energy when witnessing her interact with guests they are found of & frequently interact with there. She wants to creat a negative space for individuals & she is attempting to use this little position to create a hostile space for individuals. She doesn’t understand her position & attempts to operate as if she is the owner. The gym is not as dirty how some of the reviews state it’s just the employees in the front don’t do their part when it comes to maintaining the gym. I always see the cleaning crew doing their job but the employees upfront don’t do their part...
