Lil'House Of Pizza — Restaurant in South Carolina

New to area, and first time we ordered from Lil House of Pizza in St Andrews. We ordered our delivery with "SLICE" and got 3 pizzas, a cauliflower crust pizza, and 2 cheesesteak white cheese sauce pizzas. We also ordered homemade bbq wings, and desserts it was $108 total order. The 3 pizza crusts were burnt on the edges and some on the bottom of the crust was burnt also, and that stuck on the paper. One of the cheesesteak pizzas only had a few items on one side. The other pizza had a few more items. We cut off the crust and ate 2 of the pizzas. The cauliflower pizza tasted pretty good but, not many ingredients on it. My husband said the homemade bbq wings were good. After we ate some of the pizzas I called Lil House of Pizza , and when I requested to speak to the manager, I found out I was talking to the owner Jen. Jen offered to come get the burnt pizzas, and replace them. Since our family was hungry we cut off the crusts, and had eatten 2 pizzas already. So, Jen offered a discount instead for our next order. I ate here yesterday. My meatball sub tasted terrible so I threw it in the trash because by state law restaurants aren't allowed to take anything back when it is served to the customer. I informed the manager, Thomas, what happened and he refused to refund my money or make good on my purchase by doing anything because of his stupid "rule" that he has to be able to inspect it to give me a refund. He started trying to argue with me about it and I told him I'm not arguing I deserved a refund because restaurants are based on service and word of mouth and I will never go back here again ever. I also told him I hope he gives other people better service than that. I find this service really appalling and I will never go here again. His rule doesn't mean anything if his customer service sucks. I guess he learned his lesson because I will tell the whole world to stay away from him and his business. That is ridiculous. Retail establishments are based on service. If your service sucks people will go where they are treated the right way. This is not that place. It isn't all of the employees there that suck,...

Attended the Pop-up event for July and it was wonderful! Sounds like there is one each month so do yourself a favor and sign up for the next one. The staff was so friendly and made suggestions of their favorites. To top it off a local saxophone player was there to add to the ambiance for the evening. Front of the business is pizzas and such but there was a separate dining area for this event. We tried the mussels and baked mozzarella appetizers (omg the mussels!!!!), the eggplant parm and rosemary butter Filet Mignon. Each came w a side and the eggplant came with a side of pasta included. We tried the Caesar salad and grilled vegetables. Honestly I could have gone home thrilled with just the mussels and salad…so so so good!! Topped it off with tiramisu dessert. Everything was fantastic and a nice small selection of wines to enjoy dinner with. Can’t wait to come back to...
