I have been ordering from the store for many years. Yesterday was the worst experience I have ever had at any Little Caesars. The lack of customer service skills was disgusting. I went through the drive-through and ordered a Detroit style pepperoni and a bread girl told me it would be 25 minutes for the Detroit style pepperoni so I said Iâll just take a pepperoni ready and she said it would be 5 to 10 minutes for I said OK Iâll take two crazy bread since theyâll be fresh. I paid her and she handed me a pager. After 15 minutes (giving extra time just in case) I wrapped around the store and the drive-through is full so I pull into a parking spot and get off. There were many angry people inside the store. I handed her the pager and told her I wasnât sure if I had gone off but it was well past the time that she had told me and I was checking on it. She said she thought it wouldâve been ready and it wouldnât have taken this long so I sat down during the time I was sitting down more irate customers came in. Some because their app had told them their food was ready and it wasnât. Others because their orders were incorrect. After a total of 35 minutes of me waiting, I stood up, and the manager stood beside the girl and started with an attitude. The girl had a apparently only charged me for two crazy breads. Which were still not ready and I said to add the hot and ready pizza even though in hind sight I couldâve gotten what I actually initially ordered with all the time I was there. I told them their eta should give a little more wiggle room because honestly after a long day of work the last thing I wanted to do was spend an hour. The manager pretty much called me a liar stating that there was no way that her drive-through person said 5 to 10 minutes and of course the girl just stood there staring instead of stepping up and admitting it. They have cameras in the drive-through she can see that I wasnât lying. She claimed that they had been very busy and lined around the corner for two hours, and I told her that was not true because I drove right up to the window when I arrived. But it was just easier for her to say I was. She charged me for the pizza and gave me my crazy bread and pizza . Just like the lady who was there with me the whole time waiting because Her special order pizza Black olives, onions and ham did not have ham. She told the girl since I paid for the extra ham could I just have a crazy bread to make up for it and they told her no they told her they can throw him on it and heat it up a little. Or she could wait 20 min For a new one. The lady chose to have a fresh one made, but was not happy. They never give a receipt, but the sticker on the pizza has the original time ordered. I guess thatâs not have proof of the fact that one has waited so long. When I got to the house, the pizza was hard and cold and all we were able to really eat was crazy bread which had also already cooled down, but at least was soft .The bottom line is the lack of customer service and empathy with the individual situations from the manager was ridiculous and not a good example for the younger crewmembers. And the quality of the food being given out is distasteful. From the looks on the Google reviews, Iâm sure this does not come off as a surprise to corporate, which is also pretty sad because these reviews go back almost a year and theyâre all almost the same complaints yet Nothing has been...
Read moreI dare the owner to place an order around 7pm. Go through the drive-through and post an honest review. Or even just visit your store unannounced, around that time.
TLDR: do not order anything from here after 7. You do not want to have to find out the hard way how valuable this advice is.
I placed an order online. When I got there, I saw people waiting in their cars, which was strange (there's really nothing else there). There were 4 cars in line ahead of me. All 4 left the window without their pizza and had to go park.
When I got to the window, I was told 'its not ready". Literally nothing else. I had to break the awkward silence by saying I'd go park and wait (no idea how long). One by one, I saw all the people waiting in their cars getting back in line.
Inside, I saw an employee standing there talking to guys who came to visit. Which.. whatever, we've all been teenagers. But then, another employee comes up to her and shows her a pizza. They both laugh, she closes the box and puts it on the rack next to the drive-through window.
I finally got back in line, paid for/got my pizza and left. When I got home and opened the box, all of the sausage and most of the cheese was charred black. I checked the ticket and it was actually ready 5 minutes BEFORE I originally went to the window and was told it wasn't. I tried to call. Got no answer. I went back, parked, went to the door and it was locked at 8:50. Nobody was behind the counter. So.. I went back to the drive-through.. again.. and sat there. And sat there. And sat there. A line formed behind me.
Finally, someone came to the window. I told her it's burned and I just want a refund. (I'm still patient. I don't yell or act rude. All I wanted was a refund). She didn't open the box. She took the pizza and disappeared into the kitchen, which erupted into laughter.
My pizza was the one they were laughing about earlier. It was burned, they knew it, and they gave it...
Read moreThis was, hands down, the worst customer service experience Iâve ever had.
I placed my order online, expecting a quick and easy pickup. After waiting, my son and I drove to Little Caesars. I walked in, only to be completely ignored. Two employees â young women â were chatting at a counter in the back. I stood there waiting, clearly visible. One of them, a blonde, walked right by me. I opened my mouth to speak, and instead of a greeting or even a nod, she held her finger up at me like I was an inconvenience. Then she walked off to serve the drive-thru â still not saying a single word to me.
The other girl with brown hair walked over to the oven, looked in my direction, and then blatantly ignored me too. No acknowledgment. No âweâll be right with you.â Nothing. Just silence, like I didnât exist.
Frustrated, I went back to my car to wait. As I did, the brown-haired girl walked to the front and locked the door behind me â without saying a word. They even locked out another customer who had just placed an order. That customer went to the drive-thru and got their food. I tried knocking on the door, then the drive-thru window â back and forth â trying to get someoneâs attention. They completely ignored me like I was nothing.
Eventually, I gave up and drove around to the drive-thru. The blonde finally came to the window. I explained how unacceptable this all was â I had already paid for my pizza, thatâs why I came inside. I told them my name, described the pizza, even showed the receipt. And still, they looked at me like they had no idea what I was talking about.
The only reason I didnât cancel my order and leave was because my 6-year-old son was hungry and he loves Little Caesars. But after that experience? Iâm done. If this is how paying customers are treated, I wonât ever be...
