Panda Hibachi — Restaurant in South Carolina

Ordered $47 worth of food for me and my family. My daughter got sick. My wife got sick. My son got sick. I was the only one that didn’t eat anything right away. Then they refused to give us our money back said it was a policy no refund Bad food made them sick. My wife only took one bite of her chicken and it was nasty. It didn’t even look like chicken. My son‘s chicken was so white that it looked like Casper pooped it out. Mine smell funny, so I did not eat it. I tried to get my money back they said no refund policy I asked for the manager , she put me on the phone with who sounded like had nothing to do with the restaurant probably her son or somebody but I’m telling you they were rude. The food was sickening. My daughter had diarrhea for two days after only four bites of her food that she complained tasted nasty And something was wrong with it so did my son and so did my wife I’m the only one who did not even take a bite of my food luckily I didn’t get sick so before going to hibachi in Duncan rethink it this is not the first time I had friends that went in there and ate and happened to them also, I thought maybe it was just somebody who cooked something bad apparently not Not only that some of the reviews even announced that these people are rude and do not want to cook food properly so rethink before going and trust me I give good reviews on all food places that I go to and the people who know me know that I will tell them how good the food is or how bad the food is And they trust me so take it for...

This was perhaps the worst hibachi chicken I have tried in all of Spartanburg, and that's saying something because these places are everywhere here. The word Hibachi on this side of the world means Japanese-style grilling. That's what I am ordering: Japanese-style grilled-chicken. But what I got was a bunch of boiled chicken, tossed in a teriyaki sauce. There is nothing to indicate that this chicken ever touched a grill. There was not one char mark on any piece in either of the two boxes we ordered, not one square centimeter that was crisped. Nothing. This is just another lazy-attempted money grab under the name hibachi chicken. The amount of things these days I am willing to overlook if the food is just good is astonishing: Poor, borderline rude service, overpriced dishes and to top it off, the food I called in ahead of time was late. Which is all fine- I'm just asking you: Please learn how to cook...

Do not come here!!! The food here is the saltiest Chinese food I have ever had, and it was over cooked and had a fowl taste. We couldn’t even finish half of our plates. The shrimp was definitely old and expired. To top it off, we got drinks from their soda machine, I got their orange soda and it tasted very old, off brand, flat, and had an awful taste. Their “Sierra Mist” tasted like the smell of pure nail polish remover. And my husband tried the sweet tea and it was really thick and was definitely not tea. Mostly it really sucked to have bad food and not be able to drink our beverages to help get it down. We gave them a big tip when we paid before the food came out and it was a huge mistake.
