I went to Sonic today around 5, but there was no line so they weren't busy at all. A few things happened this time that makes it seem like they can't all be an accidents, unless it's just plain incompetence. First thing was the drink lids were placed and not fitted on, so I spilled some on myself and in my car, which I still hope was a mistake, but again, with the other things that happened make me question that. Second thing, which I know couldn't have been accidental, was that my fries were placed literally completely upside down in the bag. I took a picture as soon as I saw it because I was so flabbergasted. You can see in the picture that it was a tight bag, this couldn't have fallen accidentally this way. Third thing was that both burgers had buns barely put on the finished product, which is also in a picture. It's bad enough that I spent almost $30 on "fast" food that took 10 minutes to get with old frying oil, but to have all of these other issues when this was supposed to be a treat is a huge bummer. You should schedule some people who know what they're doing on Friday evenings. Also, no, I will not call or go to a site to file a complaint with someone at Sonic. If the owner is really the one replying then you have the power to hire and fire people. Grow a backbone and manager your people based on their performance, reviews online, as well as complaints from corporate. If you're this lazy to reply the same thing to everyone complaining I can't expect your employees to be less lazy...

I’m very ill as I write this so excuse any poor language or punctuation.. every single staff member except the cooks need to be sat down and talked about their crappy attitudes. All of our order was wrong, we didn’t get the food we ordered then we told the guy in the picture below and he basically “forgot” so we pushed the red button and the girl wouldn’t talk then the guy in the picture below come out and he asked what we needed well he went back in and got it then come out in a very argumentative manner but he didn’t say anything out of the way until he walked back in. What kind of man says what they wanna say as they walk away and as the doors closing? Say it out loud say it with your chest! The whole staff along with him had terrible body language also.. management needs to step in as soon as they can or it’s time to shut the doors… I know people can mess up but no not like these guys and girls, order after order they kept messing up… DO NOT COME HERE

I'm not some random angry customer. Needless to say. I blame the company and or franchise owner whoever runs this particular place! Pull my bank card. It has Navy Federal credit Union on it.

It was very slow service at the drive in menu board. They didn't seem to have a ton of customers, so not sure what took so long. After abiut 8 minutes or soThe guy that finally started to take our order, stopped us in the middle, made us wait about 2 more minutes, then made us repeat the order over again. Then told me the combo # I ordered didn't exist when it was plainly listed as that # on the menu board. Either way, I described what I wanted and we finally got to the order in. As I said, we sat a very long time just to place order, then food took a while too. Sadly, it was NOT worth the wait. Tots were very oily and just tasted like old nasty fry oil, gross. The bacon on my sandwich was extremely burnt, and that taste permeated the rest of the ingredients and ruined the taste of the sandwich overall. The toasted bun looked brownish black on the underside like it was over-toasted also. They used to give you mints and ketchup in the bag, but this one didn't. They didn't ask if we needed any either, so I asked for it when food came to car and I saw it wasn't there. The young guy acted like I had just ruined his day or something, and mumbled something that sounded sarcastic, something like "guess I have to add that to my orders now". Overall, this experience was just NOT the quality of food or service Sonic used to be. I see why most are closed were I moved from. This location should probably close up shop...

I went here to pick up some ice cream and a burger at 715pm. It wasn't that busy. The drive through wasn't too backed up and there were some stalls open to park at. We chose a stall and placed an order. Three vanilla ice creams in bowls, one milkshake and one burger. It took 31 minutes for the food to come out. 31 minutes! Are you kidding me?! This is a fast food place. If I wanted to wait 31min for some mediocre ice cream I would have gotten the ingredients to make it by hand. Seriously the worst. And this isn't the first time we waited forever there. Absolutely ridiculous. I guess the only way to save time If you want to go here is to download the app and order ahead. Not sure how well that will go but it has to be better than 31min! Seriously. I'll go next door to McDonald's for ice cream if my son wants some after his ball game.

I even hit the call button after 22min and it went unanswered. I should have just left. But at that point I figured it'll be out any minute so just hang tight. Didn't know it'd be another 9min.

Save yourself some time and get ice cream from Publix behind sonic, Ingles across the street, or McDonald's right next door.

The only reason this review has 2 over 1 star is that the milkshake was good. The fries were Ok. And the burger wasn't the best. At least the milkshake was awesome. Not that I'll wait 31min for it...
