This restaurant is as bad as all the rest of them. Poor customer service, extremely long waits, and unprofessional. The last time I was there last week is my last time going back. I stop going to Spartanburg three years ago. Only to find out it’s the same owners that own this one in Duncan. I was given my food in this bad before I left. The other coworker looked at me like she felt bad for me. She turned to me and offered to re-bag my food to a cleaner bag and whispered, I’m sorry. So I will not spend another dollar with any Wing Stop again. They must own them all the Wing Stops in the Upstate, SC, because they all have the same characteristics of service and professionalism. A greasy bag and I had to wait over thirty minutes for my food, and the people coming in after me ordering getting their food before me. I will Never Again! They say spend money with the small businesses and like kind, but how can you when this is the type of service that you get. NEVER AGAIN! Read moreI got home with our order and we were missing 10 boneless wings that we added to our combos. We called the store and alerted them of the mistake and asked them to remake our entire order. We wanted to ensure when sat down to eat we could enjoy fresh food. I arrived to pick up the order and was only given the missing part. When I asked about remaking the entire order I was told they only made what was missing. Because they were not willing to remake our order, I asked for a refund giving them all the food back. I was told there was no one there that could issue a refund. I was told I could come back in in an hour, for the 3rd time, and see the manager. We have frequented Wing Stop for years and have enjoyed having one much closer to home. Read moreThe GM Lorena Prioleau was absolutely horrible to her employees. She would scream and yell at them in front of customers. I love wingstop and the food was great especially made by a certain individual named Shijuanda. She was always forthcoming and welcome and always had a smile whenever I came in. She took pride in her job, and always made sure the customer felt welcomed and was given the best service. Unfortunately due to the negative work environment and high horse Ms Prioleau was standing on she has let this individual go. Also has made false allegations to remove Ms Caviness from the work environment. Shame on you, and may you have the day you deserve.
