Good afternoon, I never thought this would happen to me with this company. I needed to send an important document. I initially went to another entity where they didn't guarantee it would arrive promptly. I went to UPS and paid $100 for that shipment, which was supposed to arrive in 11 days. I sent it on February 27th, and to this day, it still hasn't arrived. The most complicated thing was that they sent it with a third party, which was the one I initially consulted. They told me they didn't guarantee prompt delivery. I went to UPS to file a claim. What they told me is that they can't do anything when something leaves the United States. No one can give me a reason for this, nor do they know why that guide corresponds to that other shipping company to which I didn't want to send it. I have nothing to do with that other company. UPS has to answer me, and they don't respond. It's a lack of respect. Seriousness because they sell a very expensive service and they don't deliver. I won't use this bad shipping company again. They didn't deliver what they offered to me. I don't know if the same would happen to other users, but in my case, I don't recommend them at all, and I won't use them again. BEWARE of the charges the UPS store will charge you without your knowledge when you need to print something out because you havent got a printer. They have a new credit card device on the side of the monitor to slide your card now. I needed to print out one page and my receipt said $2.10. After checking my bank account the next morning I find that UPS store charged me $19.95. Their excuse was that the bank wont let them just take out two or three dollars and that it will be put back into my account in a few days. They say that I signed a disclaimer that was in tiny print at the lower right corner of the screen that you have to scroll down a mile to see it. What a racket!!
