Edit: here we are 3 months later and have had the worse service to date. Jason W. Was our server this evening and we barely saw him. We ordered a few beers, appetizer, two entree meals and an additional side. We spoke with the bartender who advised us they were out of the drinks we first ordered and a pleasant woman who brought us other odds and ends. When our food finally came out, way longer than normal for delivery, the steak for the steak sandwich (ordered medium) was very well done aside from the very tip which was raw. We unfortunately sent it back and before we could request anything else or even ask for an additional plate so I could split my partners burger the server grabbed up my plate and took it off to the kitchen. Came back immediately with the check (fastest he's been all night) and again left before I could ask for another plate or anything else. We were not afforded an opportunity for dessert. Overall this is the worst experience we have had here. I'd give the service 1 stat. I will not change the overall star rating but -1 as most our other experiences have been pleasant and the food was good and is normally cooked as requested no problem. Hopefully, we won't cross paths with this server again as it may make us not return. I just hope this isn't the new face of Logan's.
Original:We were pleasantly surprised. We have not eaten at a Logan's before and expected a middle of the road steakhouse fare but it was beyond expectation. We only had a 20 minute wait. My son ordered the Logan 11 oz steak with broccoli and fried onions. My husband got the ribs and steak with a salad with seared onions and I got the filet with shrimp with broccoli. The adults had prickly pear margaritas. The ribs were very good. Their bbq sauce was on point.the shrimp was not chewy and perfectly done. My husband and sons steaks were cooked to the perfect. The only thing that was a bit off was my steak was more rare than medium but it was a very nice, tender cut that will heat up perfectly. We will...
Read more6/27/25 Enjoyed fried mushrooms appetizer, filet mignon, grilled shrimp with house salads and loaded baked potato & a sweet potato, fresh yeast rolls & butter. Everything was fresh and well prepared. The absolute best thing was our charming service by Lance. From the moment we were seated he was there to take our orders and answer questions. He brought everything to us promptly, nothing was overlooked. I have never enjoyed a dinner out as much as this one. So wonderful to have such a representative for your business. ♥️
12/31/22 Visited for a late lunch on New Year's Eve. Manager Robbie greeted us warmly and showed us to a booth with no wait time. Server Angela D. did an excellent job of getting exactly what everyone in our party of four wanted. She was quick to check back with us and kept our drinks refilled. Everything was delicious and well prepared from salads to grilled salmon & rack of ribs, ribeye steak, pork chops to a filet & grilled shrimp combo. Loved the baskets of freshly baked yeast rolls Will definitely be back! Tef
4/27/22 First time here and were welcomed by the staff at the entrance. Our server Kaylee was quick to seat us and we had no reservation. The restaurant was not crowded, clean with a charming country western theme. In no time we had water, tea and an appetizer of fried mushrooms with a horseradish sauce. Kaylee was quick to answer questions and always smiling. We had fresh hot rolls with cinnamon butter filet Mignon, grilled shrimp, baked potatoes and house salads for dinner. The steaks and sides were perfectly prepared and everything was delicious and fresh. Staff members were friendly and fast to bring out everything we wanted. The atmosphere is fun and family friendly. Desserts are available if you save room. Highly...
Read moreWe visited Logan's Sunday, June 9, 2019 for a late lunch. We have been visiting this location for a good ten years. The food is always good and the service has been good as well. Unfortunately, that trend ended Sunday. Our server (Aliyah P.) was absolutely apathetic. She wore her attitude on her shoulder. My one glass of tea that I finished off early was never refilled the entire meal. My wife had to ask her to refill her Coke. She would disappear for ten to fifteen minute increments. When my wife said that three rolls would not be enough she exuded attitude in her body language. When she would take a break, she would hang out with the hostesses at the front and complain and whine the entire time. Out of curiosity, I looked up our server on Facebook and she is a recent high school graduate. I am a teacher of twenty-four years who teaches a course that teaches hard and soft skills. She displayed no soft skills and the hard skills were minimal. At the end she brought out our bill. We were still eating and not finished. She did not offer to refill drinks or to bring out any take home containers. When she came back, she asked if I had my card ready to pay. I said no. She said she was going to go to the bathroom and then would be back. Really, was that necessary to tell me? Then when she finally came back and took our payment, she dropped the card and receipt on the table and left. No, have a nice day or I enjoyed serving you. We tip very well. Usually $15-20 when we eat here. This day I left no tip. I can't ever recall not tipping a server. Not ever. I believe mercy triumphs over judgement. I hope this young lady was just having a bad day. I would not accept service...
