McDonald's — Restaurant in South Carolina

The man that took my order was really nice I order four meals which one was a double quarter meal my daughter took a bit out of her sandwich and it was not done I took it back and let the cashier that was at the register know that I wanted another sandwich and showed it to her I am a manager at a McDonald's in my home town and when something like this happens I let the employee know to take care of the problem but if they want to see a manager then get a manager when I showed the cashier the sandwich for one she had a nasty attitude and I was told you have to talk to the manager she walked away not once did she go get the manager I had to ask her to get the manager that's not the way you treat a costmer she gets the manager and I showed him the sandwich and he was really nice and he made my sandwich over the manager and the guy that took my order was really nice but the girl that was up there when I took the sandwich back her attitude sucks i give the manager and the guy that took my order a 5 star and I want to say thank you for takeing care of the problem and to the guy that took my...

The service inside the store was unprofessional & showed a severe lack of courtesy to customers. I walked in & a worker told me someone will be right with me. What she didn't say is, I'm working the drive thru & as soon as the front counter person sees you they'll take your order but I'm not going to communicate because I just work the drive thru. About 8-10 minutes go by the counter worker sees me & takes my order. Another 8-10 minute go by & I finally get the Mc Chickens I ordered. Now, I ensured that I had everything I order before I left. What I didn't expect is to see my food so poorly made & it looked as if they smashed it. So much so I took it apart & use my own loaf of bread for my food. It barely had any lettuce on it. But how can you mess up a Mc Double? It was just cheese, meat & one pickle. If they're getting the standard pay @ 15.00 an hour then definitely shame on those employees & mgt. staff. If not then they all need to do better. I strongly recommend opening your items before you leave & ensure that you're getting the quality in which Mc Donalds...

Update: got talked into trying again for a happy meal on the way home. Got half way through my burger and thought it tasted funny. Got home and looked at it and it was raw meat. Picture included. This place should be closed. Gonna make some calls in the morning.

Original: Waited at the drive thru speaker for over 7 minutes from the time I actually looked at the clock without a response. Several cars drove off and they only took one order from the other lane while I was waiting in silence. I finally had to leave too. at 530 on a Tuesday night they should be able to at least take an order. This location needs new management. They are always the worst one I stop at but the closest to my house for a happy meal. Do yourself a favor and go to the burger King across the street or the subway. You made my daughter sad tonight. Great job! I've said I wouldn't go back to this location before but I think this time I'm really done...
