I don’t even know where to start with this disgrace of a McDonald’s. My husband and I placed a simple mobile order,TWO DRINKS. That’s it. Nothing complicated. We pulled up to the outer drive-thru lane and sat there for several minutes before a voice finally mumbled that she’d be “with us in just a minute.” Spoiler alert: she wasn’t
7 minutes passed. Nothing. Crickets. Then a truck pulls into the inner lane, and magically, the same voice takes his order right away.
We pulled forward to the window just to give them our pickup code and figure out what on earth was going on, assuming they’d, you know, serve customers in order like any functional business would. We encountered a heavyset young woman who sat there stone faced for at least three more minutes, completely ignoring us.When she finally opened the window, it was with zero enthusiasm. I explained what happened, handed her the code, and told her we were just waiting on two drinks, pre paid on app.
When we reached the pickup window, a young girl with long, dark black hair in a ponytail greeted us with instant attitude. She told us that her manager instructed us to drive back around the building and start over. Excuse me? We had already waited in line, had already paid, and had been sitting there for at least 7 minutes—before anyone else even pulled in. I told her firmly: No, we’re not driving around again. Either hand us the two drinks or refund our money.
Instead of solving the issue like a professional, she disappeared for several minutes, then returned and all but tossed the drinks at us, wearing a full scowl. And if that weren’t enough, as we drove off, she leaned out the window and gave us the middle finger.
Let me be perfectly clear: this place is a disaster. Three employees. Three chances to act like a decent human being. All failed. Miserably. This isn’t just bad service, it’s willful, disrespectful, unprofessional behavior, and it starts at the top. Whoever is managing this location either doesn’t care.

Read moreThat was the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s in my many years of purchasing their food. There were TWO cars in front of me at the drive thru yet The waited for 17 mins, not moving at all. I placed a mobile order while in line, which apparently sat in the drive thru window for the 20-something minutes it took me to get there so of course the fries were cold. Then, despite my correct order printed on my receipt, the burger was wrong (again, as this is the 3rd time in a row that the burger has been made incorrectly at this location). When I brought this to the attention of the woman who handed me the order at the window, she acted like I was speaking a foreign language by staring at me in confusion , then snatched the receipt from my hand & told me I’d have to go back around through the drive thru line again to get the correction on their mistake!!! I told her no way, they obviously didn’t read my order, so she told me to pull up to the next window & wait. When she finally handed me the 2nd burger- it was wrong as well! I had to get out of my car, unbuckle my child & carry her in with me to get the correct burger. Once inside I could see that the staff was the problem. It was obvious that no one wanted to be there, everything was being sent back as incorrect from the drive thru, some guy was sucking on his hand as he bagged food & getting someone to help me was a challenge. Once I explained to 2 different employees what was wrong, it still took another 10 mins to get the dang burger even though there was no one else waiting in the dining area. Not one employee apologized to me or offered to make it right in any way. I am disgusted by this visit & will not be returning to this location any time soon. Save yourself...
Read moreWorst McDonald's ever! Workers at this store are completely slack as well as rude. On at least 4 separate occasions I have been here and not been able to get what I ordered. For one, the soda machine was down for several days and you could not order any carbonated drinks. On another occasion I was told that they did not have any food, but only had Iced tea and slushies. One morning I ordered an egg Mcmuffin with egg and cheese only, aka no meat bc I do not eat pork and it had Canadian bacon on it. I also ordered coffee with flavored syrup and some creamers but they put so much syrup in it that it didn't taste like coffee at all and there was no cream. When I got the bag from the cashier I asked for some creamer because I didn't see any in the bag and she said it was in the coffee already. She totally lied because there was no cream in my coffee or in the bag. I had to park and walk back up thru the drive thru to get cream bc I was running late for an appointment and didn't have time to drive back thru and wait behind all of the other cars again and the inside of the store is closed. The coffee wasn't even drinkable anyway after I got my cream bc it was sickeningly sweet. I went thru a couple of other times to get burgers and fries and they never fill up the fries. They also slammed the window shut in my face and I didn't have a chance to ask for ketchup. Below is a photo of the half filled order of fries I just got. I haven't even had one yet. Also, I asked no onions on the burgers and they had onions on them. It's like they don't even TRY to listen to your order. Only go here if you're dying of starvation... but just know that they might only have tea...
