I wish I could give this negative stars. My husband and I went out for a night on the town and this McDonald's on Pelham Rd was closest to us at the time. When we pull up to order we asked for bacon cheese fries. I'm honestly not real sure what the cashier said because it was a bunch of jumble but she did say d* and then that they didn't have those. When we pull up to the window she comes around the corner and whoever she was talking to she said d* again! She hands is our food and throws salt packets in the bag. She said I didn't salt the fries but I put salt in there. I asked her why she didn't salt the fries and she said because "i don't feel like it..i have too much work to do". It was 2am, how much work could she possibly have? So I told her she was about to not have a job and she said "good! I hate this job, I can't wait until I find another one". I told her she'd be needing one before she could find one. She asked me if I'd like her to drop some more fries and salt them. "Yes, I really would like that thank you " She asked for the fries she gave me back so I just gave her the bag. After she asked me to pull up she comes out to the car and said our card didn't scan. When she came back with our food and card I told her she forgot our drinks. She said "you'll have to come inside and get them bc i have other ppl to take care of" "Wow really? that's why we came to the drive thru. From the beginning she was laughing. We waited for about 5 min and I finally went in. She still made me wait at the counter. I do realize what I did next was ugly but I honestly had had enough. I poured the drink on the floor and told her I was sorry she had so much work to do and walked out. The drink was diet coke and we asked for regular coke. The burgers were hard and dry like they had been sitting there all day and the fries we couldn't even eat bc they were so salty. So salty we really think she opened the salt shaker and dumped it in each fry sleeve. This entire situation was absolutely ridiculous and the worst part is she will probably still keep her job. Do better...

This McDonald's is near my work, so I gave it another shot. I was asked to please hold when I got to the order screen (only 2 cars in front of me in line). I waited FOR 5 MINUTES. I asked "Hello?" a couple times. No response. I went to Burger King and was through the line and on my way in 5 mins (and they had to cook my French Toast Sticks).
DO NOT go to this McDonald's if you value your time, they obviously don't.
See below for my original, horrible 20 minute DT experience.
This was honestly the longest I think I've ever waited in a drive through for my single breakfast item order. There were 2 cars in front of me when I arrived. It took 5 minutes before I was able to get to the order board and place my order. Once I did I was asked to wait. After about 2 minutes I asked if she was ready for me. Was told, "Just 2 more seconds please". I place my order and pull up. I sat there for 5 minutes and the woman in front of me was honking her horn to get the attention of the woman in the drive through. She said "I can't wait any longer, please give me a refund, I have to get to work". Once she left I pulled forward and I sat for at least 10 minutes waiting on my food. I was honestly shocked as to why it took so incredibly long. I watched the front of house staff working and the woman at the DT was pleasant if not apathetic. I honestly don't know HOW it could have taken so long to get my order. I saw the kitchen display and I was first in line, for 10 minutes. This location has had multiple instances of slow service. Food has been good, people pleasant, however, people are trying to get to work and a 5 minute stop turns into 20+ min stop. You need to re-evaluate your staff and practices. I pass 2 McDonald's on my way to work. I'd rather have to reheat my food than be...
Read moreGot a very simple order. When we got to the window, she read my correct order. Then, I asked to add a medium coke to our order. She then took a moment to put the order in and took my card. When my wife looked at the receipt, she realized it was our wrong order and was too expensive for what we got. I reversed back and told the extremely rude, unprofessional, ignorant, non welcoming window girl that it was wrong. She threw her hands up and rudely said, "I read off your order, and you said," Yes. " I told her the order she had read off, and the receipt I got didn't match. She then slammed the sliding door and proceeded to talk and cuss as I if was the one who got it wrong. She came back with the manager, who both stared at the screen for almost 15 min, trying to figure out how to give a refund. It seemed like they tagged team together just to figure it out. The last time I was here for my daughter and I went inside, the workers were openly arguing and cussing as if there were no kids around either. These employees need to be let go or trained on simple life manners. I'm going to be taking this as high as I possibly can due to the window girl attitude as no matter where you are in a "career," how you speak to customers has consequences. Then still forgot my coke Happy meal burger WAS NOT plain Window girl needs...
