The reason why I'm giving this McDonald a one star because we went to downtown we usually don't go to the McDonald's too often but we were close we got a drink three caramel frappuccino large we got two egg McMuffin and nothing didn't taste well we wasn't that far we were going to switch it over and go but my husband said no let's give it a call back and go back a different day or call them I called to talk to the manager and she said oh I'm so sorry I can't return this purchase I said are you going to make it back for me no offer she was being rude very snobby snooky poor review I'm giving this because the manager is not managing things the right way and she's rude and I don't think she's training the stuff the right way and she shouldn't be a manager she needs to have whole new train in and McDonald who own the cooperate need to educate her because she's going to run that McDonald's to the ground if I wanted to drink a glass of water this morning I would have drink a glass of water and not a caramel frappe wasting my money I spent $26 and don't want to return or repurchase or offer a drink it goes two ways if they're not going to be nice about it and taking my money and not being respectful I would not go back to that McDonald's and they lost a good customer I won't go back because the manager who work there has a poor reputation and from what I learned she was being extremely rude not being professional and she just not know how to run a company I think she will run this company to the ground because if I run a business if something goes wrong I will give it back and don't worry about it it brings more customer back but she does not care and I would not support someone who does not care about their customer and just taking their money which is not right she is a girl I don't know she's the lead manager but one of the manager what I should have done go back with the drink and return it all after I took a step if I wanted to drink water like I said I would have drink water instead of ordering a frappe nothing was in good so guys I hope you read this review know what these people are doing and make your choice but I'm not telling you not to shop here but everyone has a judgment what is right from what is wrong and for me I think it's not good customer service for a manager treat in people like that and being respectful so she lost a customer I would no longer shop there and purchase things...
Read moreI'm leaving this review before I even got my food. So this rating is based of customer service alone. On entry there were a couple people waiting to be served there food already paid for. I quickly placed an order at one of the self serve Kiosk, ordered my food and grabbed a table number. The payment machine was out of order so I proceeded to check out where I was the only person in line and waited for about 15min before finally getting taking care of. Mind you during this entire process not one person welcomed me to the location or even acknowledged I was even a paying customer. Being a bit upset already if the poor customer service I told the manager who took my order " I was starting to think you guys forgot you had customers inside the store". This statement was made because they seemed to only be attending to drive through and Uber eats & other delivery meals. As I write this review I'm sitting here watching two frustrated customers waiting to get orders taken as kiosk don't seem to be working properly. Employees instructed them to order at kiosk even though the machine tells you to pay at counter due to the error. Does this location even care about the people inside or are we to just serve ourselves? I continued to sit down and place my table number down. And waited patiently for my order when the same manager called out a 3 digit number so I didn't respond due to my number being 14 for my table locator. I asked if that was Mt order when no1 responded. Manager then responded with you got a reciept? What's the point of a table locator if you just have to go get your food? Read moreThis is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to which is saying a lot because we know McDonald’s is not against hiring actual practicing drug users and degenerates. The people working here seem to all share a brain cell and whoever’s turn it was with the brain cell must have been on break when I was there because i would have had an easier time getting my food if there was a newborn baby behind the counter. I ordered 3 cheese burgers off the dollar menu and the shell of a human running the cash register claimed it didn’t go through even tho my bank was charged and said I would have to place the order again. And because it wasn’t worth splitting hairs with a guy who can’t count past 3 I decided to just do it again. This would have been fine and I would have been content with paying 14 dollars for 3 2 dollar cheeseburgers if I didn’t have to wait 30 mins for the lady who looked like she had just put down her crack pipe to hand me a bag with my number on it that was filled to the brim with cold soggy fries and not a burger in sight. I stood at the counter for another 10 mins without getting helped before I just threw my food away and left. I felt like I was on a hidden camera show and I was getting punked. It is a miracle that those employees can dress themselves in the morning let alone find their way to work every day.
