Wouldn't have written a review, but this isn't the first time I've had issues. Night shift/morning shift is wonderful but when it comes to afternoon shift, they CANNOT get it right! I'm pregnant & been craving a quarter pounder from McDonald's. I wanted a plain burger with no cheese, and I even asked twice if the lady could make sure it was plain with no cheese bc it didn't say no cheese. There is NO reason I should've had it made 3 times as it's a complete waist of food. It's not complicated, I literally work in fast food. When I noticed the cheese the lady said "you can just take the cheese off we don't have time to remake it". Ma'am the cheese is melted onto the burger & I am lactose intolerant. I mean I will be on the toilet for hours sinking up the entire apartment complex that's right across the street. Anyways, she asked me to pull forward. 10 minutes go by, so I backed up to the first window. She hands me a burger with everything but cheese. They have to remake it again and she says "you can come inside to get it because we have a line". It's almost 100 degrees outside, and I have 2 kids in the car, the reason I'm in the drive through to begin with. On top of the burger, they always forget apple slices in the kids meals & I have to ask for drinks that they forget to give me. Me nor my nieces will be back...
Read moreThe food is always good with quick service. However, the front counter employees need to be focused more on customers. The Walmart McDonalds has the same issue. Nothing more frustrating than to look the cashier in the eye & specifically tell them "Dine-in", then hand your food to you in a bag. It happens a lot in both locations. Even when they get it right, the person putting it out, puts it in a bag anyway because they are to busy, or in too big a hurry to read the monitor. The cashiers need to listen more carefully to the customers & follow their requests. The servers need to improve their reading skills & do the same. This all happened again this morning, 9:30AM, 3 Dec 2016. The assistant manager, Jessica, also copped an attitude when I ask to correct the order to "dine-in" & provide a tray versus a bag after the cashier failed to listen to my specific request to "eat-in". Please teach the employees to listen more to the customers & the other counter help to read. This may all sound trivial, however, it gets old & annoying after awhile when you have to constantly have to keep reminding...
Read moreI’m usually pretty understanding when it comes to fast food service as I used to work in this industry myself. But time and time again this McDonalds location has proved they don’t care about standards or quality of service. This is the closest fast food restaurant to our house and our kids like chicken nuggets but we are continually disappointed. I started keeping count and the last 10 times we have visited this location something has been missing from our order or wrong altogether. Today was disappointing though because they actually got my food order correct but the person in the drive thru speaker forgot to ring up my 2 drinks I ordered even though I had to repeat my order twice in the drive through. Then when get to the pickup window I told the person in the window he forgot to ring up my drinks while referencing my receipt and she looked at me coldly and said “you gotta drive around.” I mean I’m not one of those the customer is always right folks but a some common courtesy would have went a long way and maybe I wouldn’t be writing this....
