Food was great, horrible service. My first time at this new location so I didn’t know about the lockers ur pick up orders are put in. I bypass the line and stand to the side to try to get someone’s attn bc I don’t know how they work, I was completely ignored, but another customer came up next to me for extra sauce and was greeted and helped immediately. Then an employee jumped on the register to take an order to cover the previous employee, and I was ignored again. So I politely said excuse me, I haven’t been helped and just need to get my pick up order, “u pick it up in the locker” huh?! So I look around, no idea where they are, find it. My food had been there a while so maybe it timed out bc it wouldn’t work for me, I go back, not acknowledged, and say excuse me I tried the locker for my food and it didn’t work, “u just blah blah” no kidding. And the young girl unwillingly walks over and it didn’t work for her so the mgr had to step in. No apology. Read moreI recently visited this Miyabi Jr location, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to a serious issue with food safety. After dining there, I experienced symptoms consistent with food poisoning, including nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, etc, which started just a couple hours after the meal. Food safety is non-negotiable, and I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously. Proper handling, storage, and preparation of ingredients are vital. Read moreI have visited this location 3 times. Twice in person. Once online order and pickup. Both in person times the staff is slow and forget to put the sushi with the order. Online order the sushi wasn’t even with the order. We drove 20 minutes round trip and had to drive 20 round trip to go back to get it. I called and they refused to admit to the mistake and offer compensation. Why can’t you give good customer service and admit the mistake and offer a discount for the inconvenience. Lost my patronage.
