Panera Bread — Restaurant in South Carolina

The service and quality has been going downhill for a while now, at almost every single location. The lemonade stand drinks are consistently "sour" and moldy. What is the point of doing the sip club if the quality of drinks keeps getting worse? I'm not going to comment on the "coffee". Today I received my order, and the soup spoon was visibly dirty, as if it had not been washed. Then I had to ask for a plastic spoon (waited for someone to pay attention to me), because none were available. Tables are almost never wiped, at least the wipes...

Online ordering was easy and accurate but applying mailer coupon was tricky and difficult. The drive-thru window service was kind & friendly, pricing vs. food quality was lacking. My corn chowder had little to almost no corn, merely cream. My turkey avocado had little turkey pieces and the avocado was brown and mushy, hence OLD! According to my wife, her chicken Caesar Salad was tasty but extremely light on the chicken. We're really not impressed at all. This is one of the best Paneras I have been to that still makes the food the way it should be made. I ordered what I always order: the Butternut Squash soup and I got a huge portion that had sage leaves mixed thru. It was awesome. Other Paneras are cutting corners and making smaller portions but this one did it right. THANK YOU!!!
