Well the reason I rated it 4☆ and not 5☆ is because there are still a few problems here and there. The problems I'm talking about is first the consession stand. At the consession stand, me and my family always order the combo for a tub of popcorn and a medium drink. We every we end up needin a refill... And for years they would refill my drink and popcorn, no problem. That was until recently, I went to go get my refill on my drink and they told me this... "we no longer allow refills on the medium drink." So your telling me I just wasted money to only get a drink that I can't get a refill with..? They should have aleast warned us when we bought the drink that we could no longer get a refill, but no.. they told us after we wanted a refill. Anyways, the second issue I have with the theater is the arcade machines. I don't likeep how much money the machines need. First off, the claw machines are $1.00 per turn, which doesn't go to far, especially since the machines don't have anything to do with skill... if you don't get what I'm trying to say, I'm trying to say that the claw machines are rigged so you don't win. Now, moving on to the batman vehicle riding machine. This machine required more money to be put in each time you died, which makes since except for the fact that every level you were forced to die.. and on the final level after beating it, it said 1 free turn.. well it never gave us that.

But sorry for just complaining. The movie theater is actually really nice compared to some other theaters I have gone to. The movies are very good quality and I like the remodeling that was done to the consession stand, it now shows that the popcorn is made fresh. Also, the list dim pretty nicely and there is 1 arcade machine that is pretty fun to and it is the duck claw machine, it's pretty fun because you know that no matter how many times you lose, you will always get a duck because it is a play-till-you-win machine. I would also like to mention the fact of how dig the theater is. It is really roomy and there is usually not ever a movie room that is full unless it is opening weekend for that movie. We were here with some friends.. There was five of us in total to see the movie Us. 😁 We gave the place okay because it's a theater.. It wasn't filthy and the bathrooms are fairly clean.. I personally thought their popcorn was not that good.. But, they do have candy, popcorn, sodas and other foods at very high prices (Like most places) The seats are barely Ok.. They're hard and rather uncomfortable and I'm not a big person.. I'm 170- 75 lb and 5 foot 9.. It's just the seats are like seats in a high-performance race car they're comfortable for about 30 minutes then all of a sudden they're not so comfy.. They need to start designing seats that you would want to sit in for 2 hours or more to see a good movie.. The staff was nice and the place overall was pretty clean so that is not my complaint to this movie theater and or all movie theaters that jam as many seats together as possible.. Sometimes even on opening nights of certain movies they're never full... Honestly theaters should consider making much more comfortable seats and maybe less of them but open the movie in 2 or 3 theaters if that's the case of needing more seats.. We feel all five of us it was a bunch of guys going out to have a day together that theatres should be more worried about the quality of the seats and arrangements then the quantity because that's what's going to keep us coming back.. Otherwise we won't go to see a movie unless we absolutely had to.. LOL . We feel the movie theaters are missing the point.. Moreover, of course they know the point they care more about the $dollars$ than they do their customers...🤔😥 Barely Recommended if you absolutely gotta go see a movie :-P 😝😝 😝.. Take a bucket of money with you because the box of candy M&M's or Milks Duds, a large popcorn and large drink are "Literally" a few cents...

There is room for improvement. First off, they no longer offer your rewards by presenting your card. Was told I needed to download the app in order to get my rewards after they rang us up for both the tickets and concessions. No mention of this during either transaction and I didn’t want to be rude to others and hold the line up. Not to mention this eats up data on my phone to do so. So much more convenient and efficient to not have to bother with my phone in order to get the rewards. Second of all I bought a medium drink and popcorn combo which I always look forward to and when I took the popcorn up for a refill was told they no longer do that for the medium. Paying $18.00 for tickets and $14.00 for a bag of popcorn and an ice filled drink should offer at least one refill. Let’s just say that on my next visit the gas station up the street would like to thank you for their business. I can’t see how driving people away from your concession stand works in your favor. Last of all, while leaving stopped to play one of your lobby games, which only takes cards now, and it wouldn’t let my card go through. Looked for someone to inform but all hands were busy. On the plus side the theater was clean and well taken care of. The employees were pleasant and the movie was enjoyed. We will return but sadly no popcorn and...
