Subway — Restaurant in South Carolina

Just got a footlong steak and cheese with chips and large drink and was very disappointed with how stingy they were with the toppings. This is the thinnest, sorriest sandwich I've ever had. My Dr. Pepper tastes very weak, it is abundantly clear that they turned down the syrup in the drink machine. I guess this is what the sign on the door meant by "Refresh: We are making big changes". $13 for all this tells me I won't be coming back. I'll just have to go to Jimmy John's from now on where I can get a real sub for the same price if not cheaper.

Placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 8:15 p.m. I arrived to the store at 8:10 p.m., with a locked door and a sign taped to the door stating to "Please use drive through, after 9 p.m." Not sure if there's some new way of telling time now, or what, but I always thought that 8:10 p.m. came before 9 p.m. I then waited 10 minutes in line at the drive through, when I could have gone into the store and left within 60 seconds, as my sandwich was indeed ready for pickup by that time. I also chose to have it toasted. It was slightly warmed, when I got it. I'm sure things happen where they have to convert to drive through only, but if the sign says 9 p.m. and it isn't 9 p.m. yet, the door should...

I am so unhappy right now with Subway! I ordered ahead to save time but once I got there, I was stuck waiting in drive thru for 15 mins. I get to the window, they tell me they are out of pretzels and I asked to add a sandwich to my order and they said it was too late. Mind you it was 8:33p.m. and they closed at 9pm. After getting home, I opened the saddest looking meatball sandwich I've ever seen. Bread is crumbly and hard, sauce is M.I.A. and it's cold!
