Pizza Hut — Restaurant in South Carolina

Update: Order was received at 7:58pm. The supreme original crust was not cooked through and the dough still raw, not to mention it barely had any toppings. I don’t know if the order being marked in route & delivered before it has been received is a fulfillment issue that corporate has placed upon its stores, or a glitch with their tracking system but it should be checked into. The fact remains I received the run around from an out of the country call center. I will NEVER order Pizza Hut again after this experience and I will now only order from a local, family owned pizza joints. Pizza Hut lost a loyal customer of over 30 years. Way to go! 👏🏻 If I could give zero stars I would. Placed a mobile order for delivery. Including tip this was a $62 order. 10 minutes after placing the order the tracking stated it was in route. Tracking stated that the delivery was made at 7:12pm; however the order was never received. I called the local number which goes to a call center out of the country. When someone came on the line the rep said they would transfer me to the store. I was passed around the call center 3 times, each time being told I was being put through to the local store. Tonight I wanted a supreme pizza, and we all know no one does supreme pizza like Pizza Hut. So I googled the closest location which was the one on Woodruff RD beside the Fresh Market. I had never been to that particular location but I’m so glad that I did. Management was so kind and engaging. What’s more is that an employee seen me waiting took the time to stop and ask me if I had been helped. I was so impressed because now days you walk in some restaurants and you’re invisible. I’m so appreciative and never take good customer service and fresh food for granted. I’ll definitely visit this...

Called to order Pizza after work and I sat on hold for over six minutes as I was driving to the store. When I got in the store there was a gentleman I could see in the back cleaning up and I asked him if they were still open and he said yes we’re open until 11.
