I recently dined at Amaravati along with my family and the overall experience was great . The staff greeted us with genuine warmth, immediately making us feel at home.
We started with the Veg Bonda a traditional street food elevated to perfection. The Bonda was crisp and golden, while the Chutney was bursting with the right amount of spice . For starters we chose chicken pakora , the kids loved the hot and tasty chicken. Every bite was an explosion of flavors.
For the main course, we chose the Butter Chicken and Biryani. The butter chicken was creamy, with the perfect balance of mild heat and rich flavors, while the Biryani , spiced beautifully, was tender and just melted in the mouth.
The garlic naan was fresh and soft, an ideal pairing for Butter chicken.
The fruit custard was perfect to balance out the spices, and the dessert, Gulab Jamun, was warm, soft, and soaked in just the right amount of syrup — sweet, but not overwhelming. Overall, the experience was exceptional. The quality of ingredients, the attention to detail in the cooking, and the impeccable service all made for a delightful evening. Highly recommend Amaravati to anyone looking for authentic...
Read moreFantastic establishment. My wife and I visited late in the evwning and was treated as if we were the first customers of the day. We were not rushed to order. Our waiter was pleasant , courtious , patient and gave us plenty of time and attention. He never acted bothered or rude when asked about the spices and the preperation of our food. He even informed us they could adjust the level of spice to either tone it down or make it hot hot. I chose rogan gosh and my wife did the tika masala, and our food was incredible. There wasn't anything I would change. We were pleased by the entire experience. The owner is hands on and took the time to visit our table to check on us even though our waiter had us fully taken care of Ashvin (forgive me if the name is spelled wrong) still took time to have a conversation with us and welcome us. We will definitely be returning customers. Yes, I would recommend this establishment to anyone inttrested in trying something new and exciting. I am thankful they have decided to open a spot in...
Read moreIgnore the fools on here. Ya boy Khiem is gonna give you the DL. One, they do a buffet here, but only on Saturday and Sunday. The buffet is legit. They offer salad, vegetarian dishes, meat, chai, lassi, desserts and dosa. The tables were crisp and the service was attentive. There's QC issues in cleaning their plates fully clean but most of them are clean.
The buffet line starts with vegetarian dishes and they're all legit. The paneer is probably the best in all of the buffets in Gvegas. Nice, thick, and soft. I would honestly go back just for that. They do veggie stir fry here which no other buffet really does. The naan is superb for buffet naan. All their meat is halal! For some reason, their chicken tikka is called chicken kebab and their labeled chicken tikka is chicken tikka wings. Fire either way. Their lamb and legit but pungently lamby. As part of the buffet, they offer dosa. Use the peanut chutney with it. Don't be a bozo like me who missed the dessert section of the buffet. And the...
