I am very disheartened by my experience at this Pizza Hut. I am not sure if people are unaware that their carelessness can harm others or they just don’t care. Twice, previous to tonight’s incident, I received pizza with undercooked dough. 1 time was delivery and the second time was at the store so I was able to check the pizza and try to get the situation rectified prior to leaving. The cashier that took the order the second time showed a lack of interest in my undercooked pizza and told me that I could wait another 20 mins for the pizza to be remade after I had already been waiting for nearly an hour. I asked her to just run the pizza back through the oven. She also said this would be a 20 min wait. I told her that I did not want to wait and would like my money back. She told me that she could not give me a refund but would give me a credit. I asked to speak with a manager. The female manager was a lot more considerate of the situation and ran the pizza back through the oven for me. I still ended up having to wait because it had to be put back in the oven a numerous amount of times in order to cook the dough. After doing this the manager gave me a credit for the pizzas. Here I am again 3 weeks later and I placed an order online. I called the store to use the credit that I had. The order came pretty fast. I checked the pizza and it seemed ok this time. My son wanted wings so I had ordered him boneless wings. He was eating when I got up to fix my plate and something told me to look at the wings. We were given raw mushy wings. I have to admit that this infuriated me because it was noticeable when I opened the container so they definitely had to notice it when they sent the wings out for delivery. I tried to pick one up and it fell completely apart showing even more of the pinkness of the chicken. I immediately went to the store and asked for the supervisor. I showed it to him and simply asked if that was something he would eat. He said no, apologized and offered to remake them. I declined. He offered to give me the credit back which I also declined because I explained that they would not be getting any more business from me. I don’t think that they understood the severity of the situation. My son could have gotten really sick had I not caught that in time. I ordered my pizza via Uber eats. 6pc wings, 2 personal pans: 1. Cheese & 1. Pepperoni & Sausage.
During the process my Uber driver changed 3xs. I reached out to the 2nd driver to see if she could tell me what was going on with the order but she never replied. Once the 3rd driver was assigned I reached out to him to see if the store could tell him what was going on upon his arrival. During me asking that via app, I was also on hold with the store (3rd call attempt before getting through).
The young lady told me that they ran out of personal pans and upgraded my pizzas to medium, which was completely fine. In the midst of receiving that information, my Uber eats driver was given the pizzas and left the store. My pepperoni pizza however was delivered without sausage and pieces missing!!!
Of course I called the driver to ask if he checked the boxes before he left the restaurant. He stated that he personally doesn’t check the orders but thought it would be correct being that I was on the phone with the employee as he picked up my order.
I love Pizza Hut over other franchises but this was my last time ordering from this location.
EDIT Review from 3yrs ago : I place my order at 7:43 p.m. and I received a email confirmation stating that it will be ready at 8 o'clock. I arrive to the store shortly after 8 and the young lady behind the counter notified me that it will be a little longer. That was fine, however, when I received my pizza at 8:26 p.m. It was not hot nor was the hot wings. The pizza and the wings were lukewarm to near cold. If I waited in the store for the order, I expected it to be fresh out of the oven but it wasn't. In addition to my experience there was a gentleman who I assumed was the delivery driver standing behind the counter. A new customer walked in and he notified her that the young lady who helped me will be with her shortly. After he told the walk in customer that, he proceeded to yell out to everyone that he has to "pee" (more than once). Also, the young lady at the front counter did not wear gloves upon dropping chicken in the deep fryer. She looked at me off and on throughout the process of touching it...
Read moreThis location rarely has their business in order. Pizza not being made on time. Closing the store before regular business hours with no notification to customers. Staff hangs up phone, and doesn't bring out pizza for curbside pickup. Pizza Hut Corporate office needs to get this store in order.. I heard a lady in the store complaining about being charged on her debit card, didn't get the pizza when she went to pick it up, and then she had to wait a week to get her money back.. I had the same thing happen to me. I ordered online. I paid for my pizza. When I got to the store at 8:40pm, they decided they were closing early that night because they just wanted too.. so I didn't get my pizza, and I had to wait over a week to get my money back.. I ended having to re-order and drive to the Two Notch Rd store to get a pizza that night. A second time, they pulled the same stunt with not making my pizza because they were too backlogged with orders. Even though I ordered online 45 minutes prior to pickup. I ended up giving my money to Dominos pizza that night.
