Pizza Hut — Restaurant in South Carolina

2nd time with failed delivery lead to post this. 1st time we did not receive our order. My wife went to the facility since she could not get anyone by phone. The Pizza Hut blamed it on the Doordash deliverer.

TODAY My wife ordered again online. The delivery showed up with one of two pizzas. The driver did not seem to care that she did not have the full order and directed us to contact Pizza Hut. I called Pizza Hut and my wife went to Pizza Hut due to being upset for the 2nd time. I stayed on hold listening to the recording of how long Pizza Hut had been in business. My wife was able to drive to the location, have a pizza made on site and return home in 34:28 seconds. While I never did speak with anyone at the location. Try to call them for yourself and see! My wife stated, they blamed it on Doordash. My problem is we did not order with Doordash! Who is checking and ensuring the order is correct and made promptly?

We will not be ordering with Pizza Hut anytime for a while if ever. There are too much other Pizza option nearby to deal with the blame game!

I was so excited to order some pizza especially since it is the day after my 30 day diet ended. But i got upset when 45 mins after placing my order i realized i still didn't have my pizza and me and my children were starving. I make the call to the restaurant only to find out that the driver was on another run and my pizza and fries were sitting in a hot box. Smdh. When my pizza finally arrives over an hour after being ordered the pizza is cold, they made another order of fries and as a "courtesy" they sent the cold ones and threw in some cold breadsticks too. I had to throw my pizza in my oven just to eat it hot and the pizza was already ruined. Its freaking disgusting and im forcing myself to eat it because my money is spent and im starved. I usually don't take my time for reviews but i googled "pizza hut bacons bridge road" because someone needed to hear about this. And they can keep their 15% coupon because im not going to disgust myself and make the same mistake twice. They really need to do better. I am SO disgusted all the way around with the way...

I ordered a pizza, two salads and chicken wings at 9:00pm. I received a text my order was out for delivery. Received another text saying my order was being sent via Doordash. The lady text I received stated my order had been modified or canceled and to contact the store for additional information regarding my order. Meanwhile, my debit card was pending $62.71 which included 18% tip. I called twice to speak with the manager. The call was automated and stated the store was closed. I called my bank to cancel the transaction. Because it was pending, I couldn’t. Today (3 days later) Pizza Hut on Bacons Bridge Road Summerville SC, collected the transaction from my account without me EVER getting my food order. I will NEVER order from them again. I had to order from Dominos and I don’t like their food. I love Pizza Hut. But, will NEVER order from them again.
