Waffle House — Restaurant in Summerville

I really dislike putting this rwview. I love waffle house as far back as i can remeber for many years. Unfortunately today i just got back from waffle house to go out to have dinner with my husband. The server and cook dudnt even aknowledge us. Noone not once said hello welcome.. After like 5 minutes or so finally the server noticed us and said" what would u like to drink".. Not one hello nothing , and everyone with a serious face.. I told my husband to just give her $2.00 , and our teas werent refilled and not once did the server ever came around to ask if everything was ok. And being all lazy and disrespectful to my husband from across the room the server screamed" sir would u like onions on ur burger" Instead of getting up and politely walking to my husband with respect as he deserves just for being there as a paying custo.er how we been for a while si ce we moved to summerville. I left with a headache literally i have a headache. I dont understand people sometimes. Jobs like this specially the position of a server u are suppose to work for ur tips. Ive been a server for 10+ yeara. I was in shock and discusted by the server's attitude and the cook didnt say hi either. Very bad service. Ill give them one more chance but if this happends again never again. Ill just drive further to the one on dorchester rd which everyone is with a huge smile and saluting everyone, and being a joyful pleasant place. This was so dead i even lost my appetite. I have visited the Waffle House on 98 Old Trolley Road Summerville, SC. The experience was awful and shocking. The food was great, but the customer service was dreadful. There are three things had bothered me. The employees were unprofessional by getting poor customer service, cussing conversations, and having a babysitter services. It was unbelievable. I have eaten at plenty of Waffle House and will continue to eat there. This location has no leadership, professionalism, and very distasteful customer service. The waiter who served me didn’t even come back to check on me or offer do you need another cup of tea or water.

In closing, I hope that someone will go in this Waffle House in an undisguised supervisor or division manner and judge for yourself. I know that this does not speak to all Waffle House employees. This location has great food, but distasteful and dreadful customer service. Great food and bad service is...

Worse experience ever the waiter BROOKLYN just in the back running her mouth. She told the cook to give me a hard waffle and she told him I wouldn't notice it so as soon as she brought it to the table I told her I'm not eating it and then she ask is it too hard when she the one that said to give me the hard waffle anyway. We never got any refills she didn't give me any syrup she was in the back running her mouth and when I called her she was still running her mouth.
