Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Summerville

Do you like getting half your order. How about calling and telling the store that you only got half your order. "But that's how it is" they say. Bonus points, you find out that your order was handled by doordash and not the place you actually ordered from. Nowhere on their website does anything indicate a third-party is involved.

Once you get through all that and it's been 30 minutes, go ahead, give doordash a call. Try Little Caesars corporate too. The former will give you a nice transcript of copy-pasta that nothing is their fault, problem or obligation to make any effort towards. The latter will take 30 minutes to answer the phone (still faster than leaving a message) and then create a ticket to file for a potential refund (subject to their review and approval).

At the end of it, you have neither a meal, nor your money, but a lot of spite for this particular corporation pretending to deliver your food but not pretending to even kind of care.

Little Caesars has the best pizza for the best value, plain and simple. I've tried the competition, and in my opinion, none of them compare in value or quality. It's simply delicious, and you're not gonna get a large pepperoni pizza for $5 from any place else that tastes as good as theirs. Things only got better once they started offering the $6 "Extra Most Bestest", which comes with extra cheese and extra pepperoni (my personal favorite). I'll be honest, this restaurant is pretty much always busy, but if you've had the pizza, then you'd know why. If you're in a hurry, I suggest simply calling your order in ahead of time, or ordering online. Either way, I honestly think it's worth the wait. Every time I've visited, the staff has always been courteous, and the pizza was carefully prepared (not rushed or sloppily presented). If you've yet to try Little Caesars, you owe it to your tummy and your wallet to experience it at...

don’t bother.... pizza sucks and the staff are all a bunch of punk kids who could care less.... I’ve tried this place a few times and every single time something was wrong.... I’m serious... and when you ask for your missing item or try to talk to them about it... they never apologize and just basically don’t care.... zero customer service and zero friendliness.....you stand at the counter and are not even acknowledged....they just walk around acting like they could care less what you want...oh and if you order an ultimate or custom with toppings...they just take the hot and ready pizzas out and add toppings to it and warm it up.., then box it.... the pizzas that have a bunch of toppings on it are not made fresh... but they will lie and say it is....I should know because I’ve had like 10.... but now I’m done.......
