Plush Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Summerville

Went the night before Thanksgiving. Sat at the bar with some friends to order drinks. Drinks served were disgusting. The shots were good. Waited for our server to return for payment and to find out about the table area and she never did. We decided to move to the table area anyways . The male server looked at us with disgust instead of explaining how the tables worked, we were met with attitudes and terrible customer service. Spoke with management about the experience. There was no action taken to address it nor did she speak with her staff about how they are suppose to interact with customers. Definitely will not be returning to this...

Love the establishment. The vibe is good as well as the drinks, food and hookah. Service is on point too! The only slight issue I had is with the “security guard” she didn’t dress as such she had on a Carolina hoodie which puts her in danger or uncomfortable situations because in the public eyes, she’s a customer as well. She also did not conduct herself as such. Upon entering the lounge, she snatching the door and saying I have to pee but I have to search you. I suggest that she at least dress for the position that she’s fulfilling so she’s not disrespected nor mistaken...

Myself along with 2 other friends, visited the Plush on this past Thursday and I must say the first visit was awesome. Tonya, the owner, was very personable.
