My family has never had an experience like today, AMANDA TANNER made false accusations against my minor children. She claims that she saw my children Shopping (touching and looking) at alcohol products, on this she based the denial of one of my products from today's purchase was based oh and because I forgot my ID in my car. When I questioned her allegations by asking about the cameras where this happens, she threatened to call the police. It's a shame. The good thing about this is that when I returned I did it without my children, therefore they did not witness the embarrassment and shame that she put us through. did not have to go that way. Great staff, great employees except for one young man who when my card was acting up as my brother also who went before me had trouble with his card to pay... The employee looked at me,circled his eyes in a disgusted circular manner and said looking at the young lady to my left,,his right, " Aakkwaaard, situation ..... card not responding as if I was some homeless,out of work,down on his luck and not listening to God unemployed poor destitute old man. I shop here all the time I live very close a Bacons Bridge and anytime I’m checking out the associates are extremely nice and helpful but today I had a bad experience I let know what looks to be a manager that there was no more bags to bag vegetables and she had a very poor attitude and she said she would let someone know but then went outside and smoked a cigarette I don’t think this is what making customer service their priority looks like very disappointed me myself I work in customer service and I would never in front of the customer go outside and smoke a cigarette after the customer just let you know there’s no more bags for vegetables being kind goes along way probably will...
