Repetitive issue with this location and clear lack of concern by management.
1st occurence - Ordered online for delivery. After waiting an hour and a half, the driver finally arrived. Extremely apologetic and explained the shift was short staffed causing the delay. Understood as this is common occurrence with staffing here. Once I opened the box the pizza was completely wrong and ice cold. I called the location to report the issue and request the correct product be delivered or at least a credit. Neither occurred and there was never an apology given.
2nd occurence - Same incident as before with the exception of an 45 minute wait time. Called and spoke with management. Again, no apology but was stated a credit would be given and all I would need to do is phone in the order and it would be saved in the history.
3rd occurence - Phoned in the order as instructed and there was no record of the credit. Gave the name of the manager that issued the credit, date of order (at least the website keeps that history) and amount of credit. Was told there was no record.
4th and final - A couple weeks passed and I thought I would give it one last shot. This time ordered online for carry-out. Once again, wrong pizza and gave them another call. Yes, should've checked the box before driving off but was in a rush and hoped that I could simply be a customer versus quality assurance for Pizza Hut. Called and this time was told no credit would be issued and the only option would be to drive back to location and pickup a new pizza that would be correct free of charge with the stipulation of returning the old pizza, after it being in my home, to their store.
Such an unfortunate experience after giving them two, three and then four chances. Mistakes happen daily and are always forgivable if they are simply made right. Had management handled these issues professionally, the need for the negative review would have never occurred.
Hopefully this will motivate the general manager of this location to intervene and invest some time developing the staff on process improvement and how to provide adequate...

Consistently, my pizza has arrived undercooked and cold, with the vegetables on the pizza also cold and undercooked. Iāve often had to put the pizza in the oven to cook it further upon arrival. If I wanted to cook my pizza at home, I could easily do so with a frozen pizza and without paying the additional delivery fees.
Additionally, now that Pizza Hut no longer hires its own delivery drivers and relies on third-party services like DoorDash, the quality has worsened. My orders often take over an hour and a half to arrive, and the pizza isnāt kept in a warming box, so it's cold and under cooked when it gets to me. The final straw was my most recent order when the DoorDash delivery driver was so rude that she started yelling at me upon arrival.
Iām officially done. I will not be ordering from Pizza...

So I ordered the new stuffed crust pizza with bacon pepporoni and sausage. I use to really love Pizza Hut but I should have gone with my first instinct which was Dominos. The pizza we got wasnāt even COOKED ALL THE WAY!! We had to put it in our own oven for 10 minutes. And then the cheese in the crust tasted SO BAD!! It tasted like the pizza not only wasnāt cooked all the way but was sat out for days. And now Iām stuck at work working night shift and have to run to the bathroom after 30 minutes or so. There was something so wrong about that pizza. So I want to warn others not to go here if you can help it. Dominos is right across the street. Donāt make the wrong choice like...
