Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in South Carolina

Location: 1350 E Main St, Rock Hill, SC 29730 After the 3rd trip through the drive-thru, I must sadly give popeyes a generous 2 stars. The dining room is NEVER open at this location when I go, so I am forced to drive through. Trip #1: No chicken at all had to go elsewhere. Trip #2; left side items off my order and only a couple of menu items available. I asked if my order was checked b4 driving off. I was overcharged apparently, and food was cold and old. Trip #3 (and last ever); only chicken nugets and spicey strips available. Ordered mael and extra side. I asked if the order was correct before driving off. Missing extra side and food cold and old. No utensils. Drive-thru attendant complained profusely about people coming back to complain. Never answers the phone after leaving the restraunt to report missing items.

WORST MOST IRRITATING PART ABOUT VISIT: EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING A NON UNIFORM HOODIE THAT LARGELY SAID "F@%K PEOPLE" BUT WRITTEN PLAINLY!

Employees: The general attitude of the employees of this popeyes location is, from loud speaker to window, horrid. Food: Awefull and seldom available. Price: How do you describe not getting half of what you ordered and paid for? OR a way to be reimbursed? Wont answer phone and doors always locked.

I gave them 3 tries over 2 months. I'll probably never go to a popeyes chicken...

I took my aunt to this location on a Friday evening around 9:30 per her request. Upon entering the drive-thru I could see there were only 2 customers at the counter and 1 car in drive- thru waiting to order. More than 5 minutes later, we were still waiting and so was the car already there. She finally decided to go in. We drove by the window before going inside and there were 2 employees standing in drive-thru, Seemingly doing nothing. She went in and about 10 minutes later came out empty handed. She placed her order but they took so long to fulfill it that she walked out. She only ordered a chicken tenders meal. She said all of the employees were young and were in no hurry to wait on customers. I can’t comment on the cleanliness of the store and the attitude of the staff because I didn’t go in. I definitely won’t be visiting this store, especially in the evening, because serving customers doesn’t seem to be a priority. When we left and went to the restaurant next door, the truck that was behind us in drive-thru was still there after we placed an order at the other restaurant. That was more than 20...

Worst face food service in the area. Went here with a few friends. 3 cars ahead of us in the drive-through. After waiting 15 minutes to the microphone. They told us to please wait but forgot to mute the speaker. We listened to them just complaining about life, not working for 4 minutes before they took our order. They must have been blazing it back there because they asked us what type of chicken we wanted 4 times after we had just told them. We get to the they tell us to pull forward and wait. After waiting a total of 25 minutes a friend and I decide to walk over to chicfila which had a line out the door. We got our food in 7 minutes with chicfila. We walk back and our friends tell us the workers walked out to ask them what kind of chicken they ordered again. When they finally bring the food 35 minutes after pulling in they got 2 of the 3 things we ordered wrong. Had my friend not been hyping up this place and saying all other fast food sucks in comparison we would not have stayed. At least the food was ok but not what we ordered and took...
