Upon arrival to pick up my online order the manager walk out infront of my car. I almost hit her cause she was on the phone and didnt even notice that i was there. I told them that i had an in line order. They brought out my food while I was still in the drive thru line and forgot my tea. They told me that they would be right back out. I waited for an additional 10 minutes to get to the window to request my tea for them to tell me they had none. They offered to make me some fresh tea. I said I would like that. At this point I had been waiting 15 minutes. My food was getting cold and I still had a 15/20 minute ride home. I asked if they can give me some hot food. I would have given the old food back to get fresh hot food. Instead they offered to give me 4 tenders to make up for my cold food. They were cold and soggy by the time I got home. Once I got home to feed my family, I open the food to see that it was all dark meat when it was supposed to be mixed. I have picky eater that only eats white meat. The only white meat we had was the soggy cold tenders they gave me. The only thing that was eaten was the sides, 2 tenders and one thigh. I was so livid that i no longer had an appetite. The staff was walking around aimlessly and laughing at points. While I was sitting at the window another customer walked up to the drive thru window to ask about their food. They had been sitting in one of the drive thru parking spots for 20 minutes waiting on a single pot pie. The young man who came to the window to see what he wanted was very nonchalant. It was obvious that they had forgotten about his order. There was one young lady that was very frazzled but tried to be as helpful as she could be. The Manager was frazzled as well but I was truly insulted when she gave me 4 cold and soggy tenders instead of offering me a fresh meal. If I could give this experience zero stars I would. I contacted corporate to complain and I am presently waiting on them to contact me...
Read moreThis was absolutely the worst restaurant experience I've had in my life. Get to the restaurant and there are two other individuals in line (not a problem). With 9+ employees you would think that at least one would be at the register (big problem). The customer first in line had to actually raise her voice and get someone to take her order (definitely not good). The reason she had to raise her voice wasn't because no one saw us in line. It was because the employees were cursing and talking about getting somebody's phone number (definitely a major issue). Then on top of that come to find out our cashier (name tag said Yumeika), was actually fixing a prior customers order. Not only did she finish preparing their food but she came to take our orders. That was great of her but not only did she do that but with at least 9 other employees there, she had to fix our food (at least someone cares about their jobs and KFC credibility). Just from observation there was 2 managers on duty, one was Jordan and a slender fair complexion young lady with glasses. Jordan was definitely not in control of the employees and his frustration was taken out on a customer that was returning some food. As she spoke to him, he wasn't even listening to the issue, he was trying initiate a solution to a problem he had no knowledge of. The young lady manager was too caught up in the conversation about phone numbers that she could care less about customer service. Read moreOrdering my food. Told me to go park, sit there for 35 mins. As they were Trying to work the drive through and having them park.Also..Came out and said they ran out of chicken and it would be 35 to 40 minutes before getting chicken. I said just give me my money back. Had to walk in to get refund they had doors looked. Place was dirty!! 3 people in side working. The other 3 was outside smoking.and on the phone..Always have trouble at that KFC. Will NOT EVER GO THERE AGAIN!! Hours say open till 10 pm. 🤔 This was about 7:20... Left there and went to bojangles. And it was a 35 minute. Wait on dirty rice. Omg!! So had to order another sides. Order the 8 piece. Got home opened box, Got a five piece. And the two legs where still PINK!! No more bojangles!!!! They need someone in there with some supervision in both places!! They just think they can run the place the way they want to. And they're losing bissness, both places... Next time I'll cook my own damn chicken at home. Or I'll go to shrimp boat. Never a problem there!! Ruin. My whole dinner. Picked at the two sides, And the biscuit was the best thing..
