R'Way Pizza and Family Tavern — Restaurant in South Carolina

Omg. We honestly didn't know what to expect going here. Lol we were tourists. However I'm all about ratings and reviews. So we came across R'way when googling and decided to check it out. It was a Monday night around 8pm and the place was swamped with people inside and outside. We were about to turn around because it was crowded. We got greeted from outside and was told if you're looking for great pizza this is the place to be. Upon entering we got greeted again by multiple workers as well as customers and was even offered a table that was already occupied but we declined as we were placing a to go order. We placed our order and was told that it would be an 1- 1 1/2 hour. Appreciated being told that. No problem as we made other runs. We got back within an hr and a worker asked for our name and came back and said wow Corinne I didn't know you had such a big order. He said it's not done and it will be done shortly. He offered us to have a seat and if we wanted a drink. So we had a seat. When I tell you hospitality goes a long way it goes a long way. The laughter, friendliness, compassion they have for there business and customers meant a lot to me. The food came out and everything was correct. 3 different pizzas, 3 different wings, Mozzarella sticks and loaded fries. It was the Thank You Corinne for coming to check us out upon leaving R'way. When we got back to the Airbnb to eat the food. It was amazingly good. I mean absolutely nothing was wrong. So the customers definitely told the truth about great pizza and things. If you're ever in this area and are new please go check then out. You won't go wrong or be disappointed. Awesome...

Ok so… we ordered a pizza, buffalo wings, and 3 steak hoagies, all of it was cold when we got it. Every one of the hoagies were burned, the buns were literally black... The wings were so dry and way overcooked, it took a while to peel them apart to even eat them because of how hard they were and the sauce was so dried on it you couldnt even taste what kind of sauce was on it and the wing itself was so hard it didnt even taste like chicken and certainly didnt taste like buffalo at all. The pizza was like ALL crust. At least 4+ inches of it was JUST crust. My parents ate the steak hoagies and said the steak was GOOD if the buns werent burned to a crisp, it would have been amazing, the pizza was good too just wish it wasn’t all crust, like that. The wings were just terrible all the way around, ive never eaten a wing so HARD. It honestly seemed like they just didn’t care at all, overcooked/ burned everything except the pizza. Pizza looked like it was just thrown together with how much crust was on it. Honestly, i think this would have been great if it wasn’t for the lack of them paying attention to how long they cook the stuff, or pay attention to how much they are covering the pizza with actual toppings, and not leaving soooo muchh crust. Truly The flavor of the pizza was amazing though. Just seemed like they did not care about the quality of what they were sending out, just threw it together and whatever we got, we got. We paid over $80 for this food, thats what was so disappointing, that is alot of money to have our meal turn out the way it did. For what we paid, it was...
