Iāve really wanted to like this place. I was so excited and the location was perfect! BUT⦠itās not quite hitting the mark. First visit; I downloaded the app and lodes $25. Placed my order, go to the window and they canāt figure out how to pay using the app. The app automatically reloaded another $25 because the amount went below a certain amount. But the employee stated āit didnāt go throughā. I ended up paying with a credit card⦠what should have cost $18 ended up costing me nearly $75!!!! Now I have $50 stuck in the app! So Iām trying to spend the money; I try again. Order a Hot caramel drink⦠hot, right?!? Nope, it was room temp! Asked for it to be heated up. Then I get it back after they āreheated itā. Why? Why would you need to reheat a hot coffee? If I wanted it cold; I would have ordered it cold. Oh and the muffin; yuck. The reason for a three star is that the employees are nice and quick to respond. I look forward to giving away the remainder of the funds...

But my post reached the manger and the management team got in touch with us and made it right! The drinks really do have flavor! This time my peanut butter crunch was amazingly delicious not just a coffee base! I think we may have received someone elseās order the last time. The hubbyās drink was spot on also. Thank you Kelsey for the excellent customer service. We will return and now know why there is such a good hype in the place. Good drinks, friendly staff, and outstanding...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo very sad that today is the last day that they will be open. These people are always incredibly nice and efficient with their service. We had to go by this morning on the way to church since we heard it was closing. I hope the corporation that own these group of shops realize later what a big mistake they have made. They have left a community that was delighted in seeing somewhere besides a McDonald's with subpar service, and leaving an amazing staff without jobs. I'm really outragged!! God bless all those people that have been dependable till the end. To the owners, I hope you truly regret...
