Review for Oct. 31, 2024: Ordered online and ordered 3 double quarter pound cheeseburgers and got 3 single patty no pickles no Ketchup no mustard pathetic sandwiches. I hope you close down soon and something better comes into your spot because y'all don't deserve it.
Review on Aug 4, 2024: ordered a quarter pound double Cheeseburger as usual and it was very cold, the cheese wasn't even melted 😬 I'll post a pic of it (I took a bite before the Pic lol but you can see how the cheese isn't melted and how the patty looks)
Old review: After coming here for years out of convenience it has gone wayyy downhill, don't bother getting a coffee from here because it will taste like garbage and you will not want to drink it at all, they dont fill the food containers up so really you just get a small or medium if you order a large of anything. Read moreService wasn't very unpleasant and rude. Ordered a burger and asked for no pickles and the burger was loaded with pickles. The server I had took the burger from me to go correct it and came back with the same burger but with no pickles. You could smell the pickles on the top bun where it was. I told him that it was unsanitary and that it should be thrown out and made fresh. The server threw it away in a near by trash can. Went to get another burger made. The manager came out and I asked was she the manager to confirm it. So I informed her of my situation and what her employees were doing. She greeted me with an attitude and started interrupting me repeatedly saying they're making it right now with a nasty attitude as I was explaining what happened. 4 times they weren't able to get my card to run.. "Card declined due to system" according to my bank They cannot manually run a card. They don't have a chip reader. They don't accept Apple pay. The Sonic Pay feature simply doesn't work at the drive up spots. If you order ahead on the app you can pay with the app.
In 3 of the occasions where they couldn't run my card, they rudely jerked back the food as of if trying to steal it and on one occasion they dumped it on the ground.. hence the 'satirically rude.'
As if their inability to accept methods of payment processing that aren't 40+ years old is my fault.
Franchise owner: what are you doing? Please pay for better payment processing.
